My baby got carsick in the car, and we arrived close to closing time. As you can imagine, the smell was extremely unpleasant. Even though they were about to close, the team was still kind, patient, and willing to help us without hesitation. Eli took the time to do a walk-through and gave me his feedback, even communicating over the phone via text and he responded in a timely manner. He offers different levels of ceramic coating. I received the Level 1 POLISH AND CERAMIC COATING which includes: paint, decon and strip wash, wheels detailed and conditioned, Beadlock trim coating, application of ceramic to paint and body, headlights and tail lights coated, and windshield coating. Service was about $1100 for Corolla cross. This is a 3+ year coating. WORTH EVERY PENNY!! When you pick up your vehicle, he has a a small folio in the car that shows information on how to care for your car after the services performed. BONUS: he offers a wash after one month so he could check on the applied layer that was serviced. I went to pay and saw the charge slip states $89.99 available. There was also a $49.99 option. The manager spoke to the car wash and it was reduced to $100. It was done in 15 minutes with 3 men taking a separate task ( wheels, spray wax with condiment squirter and one to use a brush with handle to gently wipe the liquid wax. The quality was poor. Interior still dusty and cup holders skipped. Wheels dirty. Spots on white paint exterior. I wish I would have done it myself like I did last time. Save $100, go somewhere else.
