Eli took the time to do a walk-through and gave me his feedback, even communicating over the phone via text and he responded in a timely manner. He offers different levels of ceramic coating. I received the Level 1 POLISH AND CERAMIC COATING which includes: paint, decon and strip wash, wheels detailed and conditioned, Beadlock trim coating, application of ceramic to paint and body, headlights and tail lights coated, and windshield coating. Service was about $1100 for Corolla cross. This is a 3+ year coating. WORTH EVERY PENNY!! When you pick up your vehicle, he has a a small folio in the car that shows information on how to care for your car after the services performed. BONUS: he offers a wash after one month so he could check on the applied layer that was serviced. The door came down on the rear deck just behind the rear window of our Tesla Model 3 that we had picked up from the dealer only two weeks prior. Surprisingly, the damage appeared to be in the clear coat only. I was able to reduce, but not eliminate, the scratches. I did the usual web search to narrow the field for whom I wanted to do the repairs. Shine Division was among the candidates. On a Sunday afternoon, I started calling and emailing the shops on my list. Most shops didn't seem excited about the job and scheduled an estimate for the following week. Some shops didn't respond at all. In the case of Shine Division, I received an email reply a few minutes after I sent it to them. He asked a couple of questions to understand the damage better. He was transparent and honest about what he could and could not repair. After the email exchange, he requested some photos, which we sent. He had some reservations and asked us to bring the car in, so he confidently gave us an estimate. I couldn't believe it. Really? Only $100? We decided to also have a ceramic coating put on at the same time. Dropped the car off on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. It looks gorgeous. Don't let the relatively young age of the proprietor fool you (I said to my wife jokingly, 'I didn't know he would be a teenager'). Spoiler alert, he's in his mid-20s. He has the wisdom to know the value of customer service, and it shows from the need to expand his facility and the high-dollar cars that come to him for paint adjustments.
