I am so happy I came across this business. Luis was extremely responsive and informative regarding pricing for various packages they have for my car. I really enjoyed the fast communication via yelp. He saved me a lot of time speaking with different vendors for interior cleaning. From their price point, I was immediately sold. Initially I shared that I had a previous chemical stain. Luis let me know that they have the right products to treat this spill for just $20 extra. In less than 15 minutes, Luis sent over Josh. Josh was very polite and went straight to work. I have to update my review about Luis and his team. They do great work--but only when they actually show up. I've used Luis's services three times, and they constantly change the day and time of the appointment, reschedule at the last minute, and show up late. It's also challenging to get a hold of them, and texts and messages often go unanswered for 24 hours or more. They rescheduled twice during our 4th appointment; then I received a notification 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, asking me to push our appointment back two hours. I had to cancel it because we had somewhere to be. Their response: nothing. No apology or contrition. Bottom line: quality work, fair prices, but customer service and timeliness need work. read more

Back story - Once in a blue moon, we will accidentally hit the unlock button on our key fob for a little too long without realizing it, causing all of the windows and sunroof to open. Of course, this happened a couple of nights ago on the rare occasion that it rained, and rained HARD, in San Diego. The entire interior was soaked with pools of water in the door handles. Luis was very repsponsive to my request for a quote among several mobile detailers. He gave the most reasonablt quote among the ones I received and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. He and his partner arrived wearing masks and were very courteous. They managed to extract all of the water and cleaned everything inside. My car looks like new inside and there is no musty smell or anything. I paid via venmo and it was a very pleasant experience. Had a fantastic experience with this company when I was in Carlsbad for the week on vacation with my family. My car is several years old and had been needing a detail (I also have an Aussie who is adorable but sheds like crazy all over my backseat). The problem arose when his helper finished the job in the dark and couldn't see the areas he missed. He had worked on the van for a few hours by himself when it got dark.
