Back story - Once in a blue moon, we will accidentally hit the unlock button on our key fob for a little too long without realizing it, causing all of the windows and sunroof to open. Of course, this happened a couple of nights ago on the rare occasion that it rained, and rained HARD, in San Diego. The entire interior was soaked with pools of water in the door handles. Luis was very repsponsive to my request for a quote among several mobile detailers. The price was fair for interior and exterior detail when compared to other retailers. Still more than I have ever spent on a detail. The problem arose when his helper finished the job in the dark and couldn't see the areas he missed. He had worked on the van for a few hours by himself when it got dark. We called the next day to ask him to clean the several areas that were missed and we got no call back. For this reason alone, I would not recommend him nor use him again. read more
