Back story - Once in a blue moon, we will accidentally hit the unlock button on our key fob for a little too long without realizing it, causing all of the windows and sunroof to open. Of course, this happened a couple of nights ago on the rare occasion that it rained, and rained HARD, in San Diego. The entire interior was soaked with pools of water in the door handles. Luis was very repsponsive to my request for a quote among several mobile detailers. He gave the most reasonablt quote among the ones I received and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. He and his partner arrived wearing masks and were very courteous. They managed to extract all of the water and cleaned everything inside. My car looks like new inside and there is no musty smell or anything. I paid via venmo and it was a very pleasant experience. Had a fantastic experience with this company when I was in Carlsbad for the week on vacation with my family. My car is several years old and had been needing a detail (I also have an Aussie who is adorable but sheds like crazy all over my backseat). The price was fair for interior and exterior detail when compared to other retailers. Still more than I have ever spent on a detail. The problem arose when his helper finished the job in the dark and couldn't see the areas he missed. He had worked on the van for a few hours by himself when it got dark. We called the next day to ask him to clean the several areas that were missed and we got no call back. For this reason alone, I would not recommend him nor use him again. read more
