When I purchased a new car, I immediately came back for a full front PPF and ceramic coating package. I was quoted a 2-day turnaround and promised regular updates, but communication quickly became inconsistent. After multiple delays, excuses, and missed deadlines, responsibility for my vehicle was passed between employees without clear communication. I was eventually offered a complimentary full-body PPF for the inconvenience, but despite agreeing on several deadlines, the work was never completed. One employee completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I later found out he was no longer with the company without my knowledge. At this point, my vehicle still does not have the promised PPF installed, the interior ceramic coating was never done, and the exterior ceramic coating wasn't even completed properly. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I'm honestly at a loss for words. UPDATE: Danny eventually got back in contact with me and finally completed the PPF work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the quality of the install was terrible. I brought the car to multiple reputable PPF shops for inspection and received the same feedback from every single one. Several shops told me it was one of the worst PPF installations they had seen. They also pointed out that my clear coat is now lifting, and warned me that removing the PPF from my bumper will very likely peel the paint completely off, meaning I may now need to have my bumper repainted. After everything I went through with the delays, broken promises, lack of communication, and being completely ghosted, I'm now potentially dealing with paint damage caused by the improper installation itself. I have completely lost trust in this company and am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. I asked for a refund and he is purposely ignoring my messages, I don't think he realizes that I can see when he reads my messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!

They were able to schedule the job quickly and did fantastic work cleaning the carpets so they look like new! They even went the extra mile to remove the spare tire and clean the tire well. See the images. They're a great value for the work they do. Also, they service ALL of San Diego County, not just the small area shown on the Yelp map. We're in Oceanside. They bring everything to to your home and take great care of your vehicles. They have the highest rating on Yelp for a reason. The detail work was sufficient but I wanted it to be wowed, with new paint and windows but I felt it was just standard. Its new paint so i was expecting to have it buffed waxed and have the white marks removed from the rear finder. These things where not done. Where it broke down for me was, I do not like to clean up after a service that I paid to clean up. They poured some kind of liquid on my drive way that I took a scrub brush too and some of it came our some of it did not. This a a deal breaker for me, I do not want to know you where there when you leave. with these oil/dirt things they poured out on my barely 3 year old driveway. The website does not Represent them at this stage. Its is not Necessary just be you. Do not show photos and services you do not offer and crew that are not a part of your team Vehicles he did not detail. They had all their stuff in the back of a pickup truck. but the website shows something different. Oh the upside they are great people, people you want to hang out with. A husband and wife / family team that can become one of the top detailers in SD. Right now they do not have all the tools and products needed to be a top tier mobile detailer.
