One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!

As I approached the wash tunnel and set my wheels on the conveyor, something strange happened as my car started moving backwards. (I've never experienced anything like this at a carwash before). We got it corrected and started moving, although based on the experience, maybe we missed part of the wash timing due to this issue? The travel time was quick and upon exiting, my car was far from dry, with water drops everywhere, on all parts of the car. There was still dirt on my back windshield and my tires/ wheels looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. (This wash stated it included a tire and wheel cleaner...) The bays were all full also when we exited. Not the Super Star's fault as the guy next to us was seemingly giving his car a full detail. Once we got a bay, we had to to a lot of drying and wiping of dirt, which I didn't expect when I paid $16. There are better choices elsewhere.

I think we waited around 10 minutes and I couldn't leave because cars started filling up behind me. Maybe attendant was in bathroom or not yet arrived. The wash itself is ok. The service is very good, friendly staff, attentive, take time to answer questions and help you when needed. The location is ok, on the corner of Melrose right off the 78, in a strip mall with several businesses, mostly eating establishments. The wash itself is ok, it just doesn't get off all bug goo, and sap, and stuff like that. It looks good, but not as good as if someone hand washes or hand dries it off for you. The price is comparative to a place where they dry and vacuum it for you, so I don't see the draw where you have to do your own labor and they charge you for it. Most of the vacuums work well, but there are a few with no suction at all. The spaces are cramped, but as long as the person next to you does not have their door all the way open and exactly across from yours, you should be fine. There were too many people, so people coming out of the wash had to leave, they could not find a spot to vacuum and try their cars off. If you need a quick wash, and don't mind doing the work on your car then this is the place for you. If you need full service, then you have to go somewhere else.

Anyways, if your car is older than 5 years, seems like automatic denial according to "liability statement" My car is in excellent condition for the year and bologna they wouldn't cover the piece of trim that was ripped off.
