Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake. Loyal customer no more.

One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!

He was very responsive and answered the phone right away and told me he could make it out Saturday morning. We had to figure out some locational issues because our hotel Alila Marea Beach Resort would not allow us to detail on premises. Michael recommended us to use the location that his friend owned across the street which was perfect. Michael's communication was legit, the guy would text me 10-15 minutes before he left, 15 mins before he arrived and also 10 mins before he was done with the car. The car was in immaculate condition when he was done and he was extremely knowledgeable about detailing. Highly recommend Michael!
