Eco Friendly Auto Spa - Is it safe for my new car?? - Car Wash Near Me - Carlsbad, California

Best Car Wash! I won't go anywhere else. The technology is modern, clean and the customer service is AMAZING! Fernando, Sam and Miguel treated me like family. I had a question about my car and they carefully made sure everything was perfect. What gentleman that offered to help me when drying my car too. I had left a window open and it leaked. They cared and offered to help me. My car always leaves looking detailed and new. read more

Good car wash, nice stuff, a guy named Tony helped me out. Had to remove one star because it didn't dry my car's hood or windshield that well but I did get the most basic wash, maybe the drying time is better with the higher and washes. Towels are clean and provided for free. Vacuums are the best I've been to. I'll be back. read more

Eco Friendly Auto Spa - Car Wash Near Me - Carlsbad, California

All car washes should be this way, ecologically, friendly, fantastic staff, and a great product. Today was one of my best experiences at a car wash that I love as soon as I drove in the guys at the cash register just took my card and I was the first car in. It couldn't be more simple or more perfect. I know in the past they've had some operational issues but they fix them all and my car looks beautiful thank you all and by the way, the price is exactly what it should be..... normal!!! read more

I come here all the time and have always loved it. They must have recently changed the chemicals they use, because this morning my car ended up looking like this. Will never be coming back. It looks like brown rust all over the matte black. read more

I know what you're thinking, 5 stars for a car wash where you do most of the work. It's that good! The equipment is always in working order and the place is always clean and stocked. If you cant navigate the screen/payment machine someone is quick to help. I had (yes, had) 3 vehicles on the wash club and they were Johnny on the Spot every time to expedite the transaction. You even get a discount for multiple vehicles on the monthly wash. They'll tape your wiper and gas door, hand you an air freshener and through you go.. There are plenty of vacuums and they even have air blowers to get that little bit of water from inside the side mirrors and badges. I always find it quite amusing when people blow off their entire car. I watch and laugh. There are always plenty of clean towels at each station for drying and there's also also a place to hold your floormat while you scrub it. The only reason I HAD memberships here and now do not, is because I moved away. At my new location, there's a similar place, but it's not the same. I'll be moving back at the end of the year, and will also be signing right back up at Eco Friendly when I do. read more

Have been a member of another car wash for years. My neighbor recommended Eco Auto Spa, thought I would give it a try. I asked for the Gold and was assured that their chemicals would remove the tough yellow spots. I have a black truck so I wash it 3 or 4 times a week. After exiting I could see that my truck looked like it had not been dried at all. The blowers hardly worked and the yellow spots were not touched. Sometimes I drive through and do not have time to dry it and can usually get away with a quick drive through. Sorry to say I won't be going back. read more

I brought my Tesla Model S through this wash and their machine ripped off one of the roof trim covers, leaving an exposed hole in the roof. When I went back to address it, the customer service was terrible. Instead of helping, the employee brushed it off, told me the piece was "probably in the pit" and basically said it was impossible to find. No one offered a solution, and there was no warning or disclaimer that their equipment could rip parts off your car and leave you liable. Even stated "we can check the cameras and we always have Teslas come through" This is unacceptable. If a business knows its wash can damage vehicles, they should make that clear up front and stand behind their service when it happens. For Tesla owners (or really any car owner), be aware this wash can pull trim pieces right off and you'll be told it's your problem. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you're okay with the risk of damage and zero accountability from management. read more

Im very disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I brought my car in for a routine wash, and I noticed new scratches that were not there before. In addition, the tow hitch cover had been dislodged and I had to come back at closing to get it back. It was under the rollers! I take great care of my vehicle, so this was extremely frustrating to discover after what should have been a simple service. When you trust a business with your car, you expect them to handle it carefully and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

Everyone is very nice here and helpful. I highly recommend getting a membership because you can come in anytime and getting your car washed twice a month pays for the membership price. They provide chamois towels to dry your car and the strongest vaccums I've seen at a car wash to suck everything off your mats as well as air. Easy in and out, great design and my kids love going through this one as it is one of the longest car washes they've ever seen. read more

This is NOT full service car wash. You have to vacuum yourself, hand clean your own windows and dry the vehicle on your own.

Mach 1 Car Detail did an awesome job. The vehicle came out looking extremely clean inside and out, with great attention to the small details that usually get missed. The paint, wheels, tires, interior, and glass all looked sharp, and the whole experience was easy and professional. I'd definitely recommend Mach 1 to anyone wanting their car cleaned up the right way. read more

Miguel was awesome! My keys fell and he saw them. Above and beyond. AND vacuums here are superior!

The Lexus never looked so good! My current car wash leaves scratches and I even bumped in to the person in front of me. I think I found my new spot, and knowing it's eco-friendly is a good feeling. read more

The car wash is great value for money. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this car wash.

New car wash off Palomar Airport exit, right next to Toyota service department. They're offering free platinum car washes during first 10 days of opening, ends today (10/8/23)! I usually get the lowest tier wash when I go through these types of car washes, but got to experience the highest tier today. It does make a huge difference in how much time I'm spending after the wash to wipe down my car. Drive up to one of three lines. You can self select your service, but someone is also nearby to assist. Drive into the car wash line. After, you can park at one of the cleaning stations to wipe down your car with damp towels and vacuum your car. Definitely a great car wash option in the area! read more

Been here twice now. Love this carwash so far. The Grand Opening is supposed to be today (9/29/23). SPECIAL: They're offering ALL unlimited wash plans, Bronze thru Platinum, for $9.99/month for October. The attendant I spoke with was super helpful, explaining these specials and why they're doing this. They want each of us to experience each of the plans and get the most out of that month. Here's a few of things I noticed: - Easy access to the entrance pay machines from Avenida Encinas - Friendly staff - Cool HUGE chamois roll at the end of the drying cycle. (I didn't even have to wipe down my front window because of this!) - Plenty of bays to wipe down/dry your car - Large spaces - give you plenty of elbow room - Super strong vacuums - Air tool for those small nooks/crannies - Plenty of damp towels - Bathrooms you can easily access - 2 Exits Not sure what they'll hand out as far as scent tags or cleaners. We shall soon see. I'm just happy we've now got a self-serve car wash in South Carlsbad now! read more

Great car wash overall. The service was quick, efficient, and my car came out clean and shiny. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Paul was helpful during my visit and made the process easy. I'd definitely recommend this car wash if you're looking for a solid, no-hassle experience. Will be back! read more

Thank you Miguel for your 5 star customer service and helping me out today with smooth process.

Great Carwash Alright. Before I jump into this review I want to be fully transparent- my wash was free as I got a free wash coupon. That said, I feel the overall experience would have been worth the cost had I paid. So I arrived mid day and this place was pretty busy. The way this is set up is you pull into one of three lanes that have a roll-up gate. Once it's your turn the gate opens and simply pull forward and get in line. After a few minutes it was my turn. The attendant directed me into the wash facility and everything was automatic. Here's the major difference between Eco and other- this places has serious soap and water pressure. Unlike others where the water squirts this has serious PSI behind it, which really makes a big difference in getting a clean car. Also, it has one of those cloth wheels that spins, which gives it an extra level to getting a clean car. Once the wash is over, you pull into a spot where each station has its own vacuum, air gun, trashcan, and even a box of microfiber towels so you can wipe inside and out. The entire thing took about 20 minutes and my car was as clean as when I wash it at home. Now before you say it's just a car wash- let's be honest. We've all paid $8 at a gas station for one of those lame washes where the blower is pointing the wrong way because some transient used it as a blow dryer and you realize your whip isn't any cleaner than before you went in.... That's not the case here. Your sled will in fact be significantly cleaner. Yea you need to do your own interior cleaning but you can use the exercise anyways. So if your car is the dirtiest one on your block, stop by Eco and you'll be just as impressed as I was. Oh, they also give you a free scent thing. read more

So glad I found this car wash. Equipment never fails to do its job. I used to go to a different car wash and there would be times where the soap would never come out or the rinsed cycle never started . This car wash is amazing and my Audi has never looked better read more

Hands down the best car wash I've ever been to! In my 37 years of life, this is the first time I drove through one and I loved it. I'm kind of a neat freak so I enjoyed drying and vacuuming myself. Plus, they give you free towels!! I just moved to Carlsbad a month ago and am happy I found a good, reliable, affordable place to wash my car read more

Was (WAS!!!) good It's been 3 weeks since the side sprayers worked which results in the rotating brushes wiping against a dry side. Not so nice micro scratches on fenders, doors, and mirrors. Would also be nice if final buffer didn't stop 3 inches above the hood. I'm guessing they shutoff the vacuums to save money. read more

I had great experience and excellent customer service! Tony helped me and was extremely friendly and personable! In 5 mins my car was squeaky clean! read more

Just a few days ago, after Toyota Maintenance stop, I requested a voucher for a car wash. It's next to Toyota and just keep following the signs. I like the wash tunnel, much better, then Soapy Joe's and they even providing a special stall for a handicapped person (a very nice touch). Vacuums on both sides and unlimited cleaning towels to wipe down your car is a standard with others car washes. Not sure, which tier wash was on my voucher (probably the lowest), but hey, it's for free, so no complains here. It's little bit of a drive for me, but next time I'm at Toyota, I will definitely stop by. read more
