I know what you're thinking, 5 stars for a car wash where you do most of the work. It's that good! The equipment is always in working order and the place is always clean and stocked. If you cant navigate the screen/payment machine someone is quick to help. I had (yes, had) 3 vehicles on the wash club and they were Johnny on the Spot every time to expedite the transaction. You even get a discount for multiple vehicles on the monthly wash. They'll tape your wiper and gas door, hand you an air freshener and through you go.. There are plenty of vacuums and they even have air blowers to get that little bit of water from inside the side mirrors and badges. I always find it quite amusing when people blow off their entire car. I watch and laugh. There are always plenty of clean towels at each station for drying and there's also also a place to hold your floormat while you scrub it. The only reason I HAD memberships here and now do not, is because I moved away. At my new location, there's a similar place, but it's not the same. I'll be moving back at the end of the year, and will also be signing right back up at Eco Friendly when I do. read more

Im very disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I brought my car in for a routine wash, and I noticed new scratches that were not there before. In addition, the tow hitch cover had been dislodged and I had to come back at closing to get it back. It was under the rollers! I take great care of my vehicle, so this was extremely frustrating to discover after what should have been a simple service. Everyone is very nice here and helpful. I highly recommend getting a membership because you can come in anytime and getting your car washed twice a month pays for the membership price. They provide chamois towels to dry your car and the strongest vaccums I've seen at a car wash to suck everything off your mats as well as air. I brought my Tesla Model S through this wash and their machine ripped off one of the roof trim covers, leaving an exposed hole in the roof. When I went back to address it, the customer service was terrible. Instead of helping, the employee brushed it off, told me the piece was "probably in the pit" and basically said it was impossible to find. No one offered a solution, and there was no warning or disclaimer that their equipment could rip parts off your car and leave you liable. Even stated "we can check the cameras and we always have Teslas come through" This is unacceptable. If a business knows its wash can damage vehicles, they should make that clear up front and stand behind their service when it happens. For Tesla owners (or really any car owner), be aware this wash can pull trim pieces right off and you'll be told it's your problem. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you're okay with the risk of damage and zero accountability from management. read more

Great Carwash Alright. Before I jump into this review I want to be fully transparent- my wash was free as I got a free wash coupon. That said, I feel the overall experience would have been worth the cost had I paid. So I arrived mid day and this place was pretty busy. The way this is set up is you pull into one of three lanes that have a roll-up gate. Once it's your turn the gate opens and simply pull forward and get in line. After a few minutes it was my turn. The attendant directed me into the wash facility and everything was automatic. Here's the major difference between Eco and other- this places has serious soap and water pressure. Unlike others where the water squirts this has serious PSI behind it, which really makes a big difference in getting a clean car. Also, it has one of those cloth wheels that spins, which gives it an extra level to getting a clean car. Once the wash is over, you pull into a spot where each station has its own vacuum, air gun, trashcan, and even a box of microfiber towels so you can wipe inside and out. The entire thing took about 20 minutes and my car was as clean as when I wash it at home. Now before you say it's just a car wash- let's be honest. We've all paid $8 at a gas station for one of those lame washes where the blower is pointing the wrong way because some transient used it as a blow dryer and you realize your whip isn't any cleaner than before you went in.... That's not the case here. Your sled will in fact be significantly cleaner. Yea you need to do your own interior cleaning but you can use the exercise anyways. So if your car is the dirtiest one on your block, stop by Eco and you'll be just as impressed as I was. Oh, they also give you a free scent thing. read more

I usually get the lowest tier wash when I go through these types of car washes, but got to experience the highest tier today. It does make a huge difference in how much time I'm spending after the wash to wipe down my car. Drive up to one of three lines. You can self select your service, but someone is also nearby to assist. Drive into the car wash line. After, you can park at one of the cleaning stations to wipe down your car with damp towels and vacuum your car. Definitely a great car wash option in the area! read more

Been here twice now. Love this carwash so far. The Grand Opening is supposed to be today (9/29/23). SPECIAL: They're offering ALL unlimited wash plans, Bronze thru Platinum, for $9.99/month for October. The attendant I spoke with was super helpful, explaining these specials and why they're doing this. They want each of us to experience each of the plans and get the most out of that month. Here's a few of things I noticed: - Easy access to the entrance pay machines from Avenida Encinas - Friendly staff - Cool HUGE chamois roll at the end of the drying cycle. (I didn't even have to wipe down my front window because of this!) - Plenty of bays to wipe down/dry your car - Large spaces - give you plenty of elbow room - Super strong vacuums - Air tool for those small nooks/crannies - Plenty of damp towels - Bathrooms you can easily access - 2 Exits Not sure what they'll hand out as far as scent tags or cleaners. Was (WAS!!!) good It's been 3 weeks since the side sprayers worked which results in the rotating brushes wiping against a dry side. Not so nice micro scratches on fenders, doors, and mirrors. Just a few days ago, after Toyota Maintenance stop, I requested a voucher for a car wash. It's next to Toyota and just keep following the signs. I like the wash tunnel, much better, then Soapy Joe's and they even providing a special stall for a handicapped person (a very nice touch). Vacuums on both sides and unlimited cleaning towels to wipe down your car is a standard with others car washes. Not sure, which tier wash was on my voucher (probably the lowest), but hey, it's for free, so no complains here. The car wash for Toyota is fairly new, I've been a few times but it was always with my free wash coupon after servicing my 4Runner. I just moved back from Hawai'i and needed another car washed. I spoke with a really nice employee, Carlos, young kid but extremely polite and professional, kid needs a raise and recognition. As long as he is working there I will keep going. Also, not sure if it's because it's a newer facility but their vacuums are the best quality I've used at a car wash in a very long time. I love this place!!! Only downfall is they only have one location, due to it being owned by Toyota and it is more expensive than the last car wash I was a member at but for me the location is fine so I don't personally mind that. read more

I used to like coming here because the prices were good and the washes were decent. However, I came in today and whoever the short Hispanic male with glasses (I think his name was Moises) that was working inside putting the tape on the windshield wipers lifted his hands up at me like "wtf" sort of gesture and didn't provide the air freshener for the platinum purchase. You need to check your employees attitudes and ensure they're doing their basic duties. Cancelling my membership. Side note: the chick with the red hair and septum piercing is super sweet.
