The staff here are always friendly and were very helpful in helping me select a board that fit my needs. You can tell these guys ride and really know their stuff!! They had an impressive selection of gear for the upcoming season but also a good carryover from last season on sale for 40% off. I wound up going with a Burton Deep Thinker from last season, and at 40% off, I was thrilled. Easy Rider has a huge selection of snowboards, boots and bindings as well as a good selection of outer wear. They also carry some pretty specific boards for carving and backcountry that you don't see in your average shop. They also have skateboards, longboards and stand up paddle boards to cover your summer sports. This is my go-to local shop for anything skate or snowboard related!

I felt the service was pretty good, definitely friendly and the prices were slightly below the other over priced snowboard shops in town. I appreciated that it was brightly lit and a lot of space (I hate dark cramped stores!) I will definitely be checking them out next time we need to purchase more snowboarding equipment as they have it all. He did not start at the most expensive equipment, but asked my son a number of questions to ensure we got him the best equipment for his needs. Since the store is so freakin' big, there's tons to choose from. Most of what they have to offer is by the likes of Columbia or The North Face. That being said, the prices might seem pretty high, but those brands are pricey to begin with, so I can't hold it against Atmosphere. Columbia and NF winter jackets and outerwear hover around the $200 range because they're really good quality. Either way, Atmosphere always has loads of stuff on sale.

I also like M.E.C. & Cabela's but the attention to detail and customer assistance at Campers Billage cannot be beat! Whether you're looking for some base layer clothing or the perfect cast iron pan/griddle, you will find it here! I really like their children's section for winter wear & mitts (though my heart belongs to Cabela's for their waterproof Muck boots). This is also my family's go to store for great quality waterproof sandals. The hubs & I just picked up a pair each of Keen'a covered toe sandals for our trips this summer. Dave (in shoes) couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. If you've ever show shopped at Nordstrom's in the states, Dave is that quality of a salesperson.
