There were only a couple of customers ahead of us and we were taken care of in minutes. My 94 year old Mom even had a chair to sit while at the window! The always friendly Walter greeted us, provided excellent service and George was also there with a beaming smile. I don't know who the angry Santa's are who are complaining.. but I welcome them to go to another branch and leave our favorites alone! We love it here!

This Well Fargo Bank has 2 ATM outside and just be aware there no privacy wall to shield to hide the screen or number pad from the ATM machine next to it. This is a common thing at all ATM for Wells Fargo that I been to so I would never recommend using outside ATM unless it's an emergency due to safety and privacy. There some parking spots in the front of the bank but many more in the plaza this place is located in. I don't know how it is at night time and how bright the surrounding area is but it should be common knowledge to not use the ATM at night especially in a quiet or secluded area.

This brunch is not great, compared to other ones in SCV. The gal who was helping me last week on the right-side window was short and rude, did not wanted to help me thoroughly with details of my bills. On exchange shortened me few bucks, when I pointed to that, she put into machine and did not even apologize that she was short and kept my money. I wonder how many clients without counting thoroughly at the end of the day she would collect extra. I used to trust banks more, but now definitely going to watch and double every penny. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick.
