I go in this bank. Everyone is so nice! Today I had a bunch of different transactions to make and a lot of questions for the teller. His name was Charles and he was awesome! He spent so much time with me and he solved all of my questions and explained everything so clearly and perfectly. He's always there when I go and he's so pleasant every single time. It's just so nice for a change to be helped by someone who is so good at their job and so polite and kind. read more

What a terrible, dishonest customer service! I been customer since Washington Mutual Bank, at least for 20 plus years regular customer. This brunch is not great, compared to other ones in SCV. The gal who was helping me last week on the right-side window was short and rude, did not wanted to help me thoroughly with details of my bills. On exchange shortened me few bucks, when I pointed to that, she put into machine and did not even apologize that she was short and kept my money. I wonder how many clients without counting thoroughly at the end of the day she would collect extra. I used to trust banks more, but now definitely going to watch and double every penny. At this brunch all employees need to be change and take outstanding customer service from Valencia brunch! read more

Just stopped by to get some money out. The ATM provided excellent customer service. No drive thru ATM's thou. You have to go inside.

Great service. Very happy with my accounts at Chase. Excellent branch super helpful and knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to assist you. Highly recommend read more

I never write yelp reviews and i am taking the time today because Susanna is amazing. She was the most pleasant person i have ever interacted with in customer service. she went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and made the overall experience at Chase great. thank you Susanna!! read more

I usually handle my banking online and hardly ever walk into a Chase branch, but the couple of times I did visit the Chase Bank in Stevenson Ranch, I had the good fortune to be helped by Evan, an Associate Banker there. Both times, Evan was just awesome. He made the whole process smooth and was super helpful, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. It's not often you come across someone that makes a routine task like visiting the bank feel like a breeze. Evan did just that, not once, but twice. It's people like him that make you appreciate good service when you see it. read more

Chase Bank - Chase bank - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Stevenson Ranch, California

Literally the worst bank ever. They wouldn't even let me deposit cash (yes CASH!) into an account that I deposit into every single month. Now I have to go the another chase in the area to make my very important deposit. Thank you for wasting my time once again. I should have known with this location. read more

Horrible service!! Staff doesn't know what she's doing. We have Business account and have always gotten our business check & cashier check for free. Wire-transfer is never free. Instead, she stated wire-transfer is free and checks are not. To Make things even more complicated, she have to be on the phone calling around to figure things out!!!! So incompetent!! Wasted so much time on such a simple task!!! The branch Should not have her help customer when she is not ready!!!! read more

All the tellers are Always helpful and friendly. Never busy. I like this branch. It's so convenient being in same parking lot as Vons. read more

This Chase branch is the worst as far as customer service goes. You can never get them on the telephone. They do not answer their telephones. 1-661-253-0251. And all you get is an automated system. Very frustrating to bank here if you need help from a live person. read more

The ATM inside the branch that gives out exact change has been out of order for over a week now. I guess they have no plans to fix it just leave it there to take up space. You would think Jamie Dimon could afford to fix an ATM. read more

This location just opened and I am very underwhelmed. Talked to three different people today at the branch and not one of them instilled confidence in me that I would be taken care of and that they knew what they were doing. If you are in a position where you don't know something, the right thing to tell the customer is that you will find out for them. Additionally, if I make an appointment I expect that the appointment time will be kept and at the very least, I will be given paperwork or something in the meantime while I'm waiting past my appointment time. I was asked if I wanted to make another appointment in the future. The answer is no. I've already wasted enough time. This is a super convenient location for me but I won't be doing business here. I'd rather drive across town in search of competency. read more

One of the best friendly branches makes you feel like you're family. Especially the Branch Manager, Brittany Padilla always goes above and beyond to exceed your needs. read more

Only chase branch I've ever been to where there is consistently no one available to help. Understaffed. Loyal chase customer... now rethinking. read more

No star for Chase Bank. They just charged me $8 to cash a $200 check from my sister. Just cuz I don't have an account here I got to pay 8 bucks to get paid. I'll never do banking with Chase read more

Martha the branch manger couldn't even figure out how to do my deposit. She needed to stop the other teller to ask for help. Really??? Who is training who. This after a few months ago i had to get a new atm card because their system was "compromised". Damn I miss Washington mutual. With chase you are definitely a number not a person. The only good thing is robin. She is sweet. The day she leaves my review goes to 0 stars. read more

Rude branch manager wants to force you to wait in a long line inside or do your banking outside at the ATM. She was pompous and arrogant and stood around while customers waited and waited for the one teller. She refused to open a teller line to help customers who wanted to bank inside. read more

I have had a few occasions to work with one of the bankers here, and yesterday I was helped by another banker. They have been the most helpful bankers I've dealt with in years! read more

My family has utilized this branch for over a decade. We have always been treated with the utmost respect, and the employees are very professional. Marilyn Good, in particular, always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. My father is a regular at this branch. He loves the employees there so much that he will go out of his way to drive over there to take care of his banking needs. I highly recommend this location. read more

This branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in to inquire about a letter I received informing me that my inactive savings account was going to be transferred to the state of CA as abandoned property. I spoke to a teller (Alicia) who informed me that she could not help me and that I'd have to wait until the one banker in the entire branch was through with another customer --- at least a fifteen minute wait. Pressed for time I just asked her to close my account and withdraw my funds --- several thousand dollars! No can do. I asked to see the manager and was told she (Martha) was at lunch (2:30). Oh my! The teller could have cared less and told me I'd have to come back later if I couldn't wait --- I guess when it was more convenient for the employees. I went elsewhere and closed all of my accounts and moved the money to another more service oriented bank. Ha. TOO BIG TO FAIL! Not on customer service. Do yourself a favor don't bank here if you value customer service. read more

I hate going to this bank. Every time I walk in and get helped I feel like the people are not even paying attention. Course on my way to school I stopped to get a roll of quarters, and course it started to drizzle, on top of that I was sweating, bc I bike everywhere, the woman who helped me looked like I was a homeless not to mention a moron. Don't think I have ever gotten a warm feel from going to this bank. I hate going in for just that reason.... This is awesome town, where are your manners? PS don't think you can just hurry in and out, u must be committed fast is not in their vocabulary. I swear they make you feel like you are stuck at work all day too. read more

We recently opened a small business account with Chase. There were payment issues with one of our first customers that Chase found "suspicious". They canceled our account without notice rather than contacting us to resolve the issue. Our business wasn't large enough for them to care about customer service. Do NOT do business with them! read more

I was looking for Saturday hours online, and I happened to notice that there were some negative reviews. I was astonished! I have never had anything but amazing service at Logix. Everyone there, especially the tellers...do they still call them that?... always have a smile on their face and friendly conversation. I just don't understand how anyone could have a negative review for them. read more

Staff is nice and there is free coffee inside. I have not had any problems here depositing or withdrawing money. But Chase is a scum bank and will rip you off with fees if you don't keep a watch on your account. read more
