    Just stopped by to get some money out. The ATM provided excellent customer service. No drive thru ATM's thou. You have to go inside.

Outside sales, but no office time? I was contacted multiple times this past half year by Christine Aparicio. She consistently contacted me trying to make a sale. First off, it is true that with new technology, as a business owner, I need a card chip reader. However, I purchased TWO from this company and neither one worked. I kept calling back to see if it was me that was using it wrong, every time I got the same answer. They said, "You just have to wait a little longer. The chip takes longer to read and the machine will work. It will take closed to 2 mins for it to process." It was the same thing week after week. I tested that theory that it would take more time. I tried using the chip processor portion for 2 mins, then waited 5 mins, then longer. I even tried using a different card and after two hours of waiting for the chip on the card to process, I finally gave up. It has been two months of them telling me to "wait" for the machine to work. Then finally, I hear from the Supervisor: Sherri. She goes on to tell me, and I quote "It's not like we sent this to you yesterday or even last week. It's been two months." COULD YOU BELIEVE THAT? I work hard for a living, like most of us do. But this company has been stringing me along for months starting from when they started trying to sell this product to me. Sherri spoke to me on the phone like I was stupid, both of their customer service skills are horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND I AM OUT $700 DOLLARS FOR THEIR PACE PAYMENT SYSTEMS. THEY DO NOT WORK!
