This review is for Melody Herrera…read more After setting up a Trust account, I came in to close an individual account and transfer the funds to a joint account. When I arrived, there was a long line, and by the time I reached the teller, I was told I'd need to sit down with a banker to close the account and then return to the teller line to transfer the funds. I'll admit, I felt a little frustrated at the thought of lining up all over again. Thankfully, the teller checked me in right away and put me on standby with an estimated wait time of 30-40 minutes. To my surprise, Melody Herrera approached me within just 15 minutes and asked how she could help. She took me straight in and completely turned the experience around. Melody was efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional. She handled everything seamlessly--closing the individual account and transferring the funds to the joint account--so I didn't have to go back into the teller line at all. She conducted the entire process with ease and a genuine smile, which made a big difference. What started as a potentially frustrating visit ended up being a great experience thanks to Melody. Truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

This branch staff ALWAYS gives me major hassle when trying to deposit checks. The slightest ink…read moremistake (like correcting a number) will bounce your deposit attempt. Yesterday, I tried to deposit a check where the customer slightly corrected a 9 in the desposit amount but the manager (didn't get her name) said no go to deposit even though the deposit amount was correctly written out on the check. Now I have to go back to Pasadena to get my customer to reissue the check. They are ALWAYS understaffed and even those who are there give the impression they'd rather be somewhere else. Terrible customer service. No wonder why BofA is closing branches. Looking into changing biz banks that's for sure and I'd recommend you do the same.

The branch manager Jason was also very helpful, he made sure to clarify everything and made sure the process was as smooth as possible! They respond to my emails fast (I have a bunch of questions lol and they always make sure to answer me without me feeling judged) they're thorough and you can tell they do care about their job and their members! If I were to recommend any branch it's this one, most of all make sure to book with Adrian he's amazing!

I made 13 payments and my husband and I since have added my name to our business bank account so I called in to refinance my loan. That's where things went south. The company connected me with Michelle Yim, (still don't know how she works there.) She would email me a question, not reply for 5 days until I sent her "hey following up" from the moment I spoke to her she was very short, unfriendly, rude, not willing to help. I have tier one credit, 18 years credit history with personal income proof of $10k/ month (not including business) I even had my CPA call her to see what we needed to do so I could qualify (she ran my credit.) My CPA was appalled with her lack of knowledge and willing to help, it ended she would let me know what I needed. Her last email to me was that she needed the business 2024 tax returns WHICH ARENT EVEN DUE YET, she knew I didn't have them. I was very upset I emailed her, I told her how unprofessional she was. She had Paul call me to apologise, and I never heard from them again!! We purchase a lot of vehicles and never in my life have I dealt with someone so unwilling to help like Michelle Yim
