We came in without an appointment. We needed to transfer the Title of our motorhome to the new buyer. We also had the buyer's Cashier's Check to deposit into our account. 'CHRIS PRELLEZO' approached us & asked if he could help us...and he did! He knew exactly what needed to be done. He efficiently filled out all the paperwork & there was a lot! Before we knew it, he presented us with all the completed forms for the three of us to sign - including obtaining our thumb prints! Before we knew it: IT WAS SIGNED, SEALED & DELIVERED!!~ CHRIS made it easy for us! read more

Don't do business here. The wait time to see a teller is extremely slow. I also came here to ask for them to exchange $35 to ones and the lady refused to help me because I don't have a bank card. I came here in the past and they helped me, now they won't. That's poor customer service read more

I have been coming to this branch the last 10 years. This is my main credit card because if it's lost, stollen or has fraudulent charges they quickly solve the problem. Highly recommend banking here! The clerks are phenomenal and I love their customer service team online. They assist you with any questions, or concerns. There's a drive thru atm and 2 you can walk up to in front of the building. Plenty of parking, normal baking hours. Thank you for making my life stress and hassle free! read more

This branch and the managers is a racist to black Americans. I get here to deposit and the lady manager denied me and frozen my account. Saying I look suspicious cuz I young black man can deposit money from his business. Take me 2 months to get my money out. I close all my accounts and went to a different bank. Do not come here less you want to be mis treated. Shame on the managers and the company for allowing this behavior read more

I have been a customer for citibank for a 16 years with no issues. I can say this branch and particularly Rosmery Palacio has been very professional and helpful when I've needed. I had a fraud situation and they helped me all the way until the very last detail was sorted out. I appreciate this branch. read more

I came in to the bank today with no appointment to make a change to my account and had to wait for 30 minutes. I had no problem waiting it out as I knew I had no appointment but was happy I wA going to meet with one of the accountants. The person that helped me today was wonder and super nice. I think her name is Sana. Will definitely come back to her in case of anything. She was helpful and polite and it made my visit to the bank very pleasant. read more

They don't even deserve one star. Citibank is the worst bank, this location is the worst. Horrible customer service. They don't care about you or your money. If you have been defrauded, forget about it, they will tell you it is your fault and not help you at all. I have not figured  out what kind of customer they are trying to have here. I had both business and personal accounts with large balances, and they still could care less about me.  Save yourself the aggravation and bank elsewhere.  I have moved to CNB and they have been so amazing. They treat you like you are their only customer. Bank anywhere else but Citibank. read more

Had nothing but nightmares with this business online with customer service and at the bank itself every roadblock possible has happened to me keep getting the runaround they froze my account for no reason don't trust this bank or do business with them you're better off getting messed over by Wells Fargo as they are pretty horrible too. read more

horrible experience with citibank and branch; they decided to close my checking account that i have had for 15 years with a balance of thouands in it. all i got is a letter with no explanation and better yet, no one i can talk to either on the phone or at the branch. i walked into the branch, the teller, tatiana is the most imcompetent employee at the branch. i asked for the the manager and she said she was away. i asked, if my other acounts, such as my savings and cd acounts will be closed as well. she informed that they would not be. a few days go by and i check my savings accout. citibank took the remainging balance . i walk in the branch once again, this time to talk with the manager. this manager was present the first time i was there and the teller tatiana straight lied to my face! horrible service. doesn't know what she is doing or saying. very disappointed with this bank. since my savings account has closed, they informed me that i will receive a check in the mail with no update as to when i can receive it. i then closed my cd account and had to pay for a penalty for early withdrawal. they didn't waive the penalty! if you value your hard working money, do not bank with citibank. they will close your accounts for no reason and with no explanation from a human being! choose another bank. went to wells fargo and they welcomed me and my money! read more

As a baby-boomer I've head my funds in many banks over the course of my life yet this Citibank branch has been the only one that treats me like a neighbor. Even if it's a popular time for customers, there are sufficient staff to handle crowds and the wait time is brief. The staff ALWAYS is friendly and even with those testy lines, takes the time to explain any complicated transactions. read more

I have a gold credit card with Citibank. I went in-person to make a cash payment for $80 and they refused it!! All because I don't have a checking or savings account with them. What kind of freaking bank doesn't take cash?? B of A branches accept cash payments for their credit cards without the need to have a checking or savings! We have to push back on this corporate ridiculousness. Citibank... I'll be closing this account soon. No wonder why you have such low ratings. read more

Nothing against any location you are just not smart if you bank with Citi or any major bank for that matter. Go Credit Union if you want to step up your financial intelligence and it can be any Credit Union you don't have to know anyone like back in the day let's put these thieves out of business. Citibank as a whole is so incompetent. If I could give them no stars I would. The best thing that citibank does is transfer you to a foreign country and give you advice that is not correct. This place is ridiculous. I would not recommend citibank to anyone. They are so full of $h*t. If you have to deal with fraud or anything they just send you on a wild goose chase and give you the run around. This place is making it so easy for me to switch to my other bank full time. Useless read more

Sophia has good customer service and works fast! I took quite a few deposits for work today and I was out of there quick.

I would have to agree with the other unsatisfied clients, which seem to be many. Customer service is at an all-time low at the Bouquet Canyon branch. So glad I only have to go there once a month for a payment! Today it was so bad that I had to call the headquarters to inform corporate. I told the supervisor that I would write a Yelp review (which is rare for me). Well, well, well - looks like I'm not the only one experiencing rude tellers/management. Bottom line: I left CitiBank eight years ago and went to another bank due to poor customer service at the Bouquet Cyn branch. *Now let me go write a good review for someone so I can get back to a positive attitude. read more

I deposited two checks in their drive-up ATM and they disappeared. No deposit, no contacting me to let me know there was a problem. They are impossible to reach. Now I have to risk my life during the pandemic to go in to a branch and speak to someone. Horrible. read more

Worst service, for sure! Why bother keeping this branch open. Close them all! If this is what Citi Bank expects or assumes service looks like then go ahead and close the branch too. The tellers do not communicate with each other let alone with the customers. All they have to do is tell the customer what is happening while they are working on your transaction and maybe we would understand. Nope that would be too much work. Citi Bank if you are paying attention, just close up and that will make my decision to change banks that much easier. read more

My wife and I were closing on our first home together and realized we needed to prepare a money wire that had a very fast approaching deadline. We were greeted warmly and realized that our goal was going to be met in very capable hands. There was a technical glitch that delayed the process. But this staff was determined to solve our problem despite our time constraint. Because of this glitch, a coordinated effort by 5 staff members placed their eyes and brains on our problem. At one point, 3 team members were monitoring our account while another member was on the phone with Citibank technical support. Throughout the whole process, everyone maintained a cheerful attitude and patience. Sahim, Victor and Jessica were 3 of the integral members that helped us get this done. I apologize for not remembering 1 other person and the bank manager's name who were also so nice to help and allow us to take their extra time and extra attention. I really wish there was a way I could reward this staff for making this process as comfortable as it was. They are heroes to me and my wife and aided in making the purchase of our first home go more smoothly. read more

I have been with city bank for 40 years. Every time I come to the bank it is the slowest service. 7 people working and only 2 people actuley helping the line so long it is going out the door. Complete fraudsters. Don't open an account with CitiBank - any branch - and if you do have an account close it immediately. I checked with a banker in person that I was interpretating the terms of the account I was opening correctly, she confirmed I was, and a couple months later CitiBank corporate says the terms are actually different and on top of that every aspect of CitiBank is insanely hard to contact. Don't fall for their fraud and false advertising and then get ghosted by your bank. Get your money out of their hands before they go bankrupt or shut down by the SEC. read more

I'm pretty upset with Citibank altogether as a whole. I'm trying to refinance my house and there's no one in California probably the whole United States that I can go to and speak with about doing that. They contracted people in the Philippines to do mortgage refinancing. WTF!! Citibank should keep their own people working when they can. I tried to refinance online after two weeks of submitting all my personal information I emailed the person back and ask him what my status was? I told him who I was with my address and he had no idea who I was. Now I'm concerned with all that information given to a so-called Citibank employee. read more

Wow. I wish we could give negative or zero stars. Stay away!! Seriously. I opened a new account online and they didn't send my cards, then they kept saying my documents weren't received. No one at the branch would help. I went there three times. They sent me back online. I called the customer service line only for them to say the same thing over and over. We submitted all our documents and for weeks they say it's still under review or not received!!! Finally I requested to just close my account and give me back my money and the rep said they can't do that! Isn't this illegal? They're keeping MY money with no access. I've had an account with almost every major bank and have NEVER experienced anything like this. read more

Worst bank and service that I've ever encountered! Long lines, unprofessional staff, and completely unorganized! As a merchant, I expect more! I waited over 30 minutes on one occasion for a teller, but the majority of times that I've been to this branch, it's been about a 20 minute wait. I contacted the manager and there was not even an apology extended! I will NEVER visit this branch in my lifetime! read more

By far the worst bank and customer service EVER Deposited a check before Christmas. They took the money from the other persons account then put a block on my full account for 6 business days including my prior funds. Spoke with the risk dept, the branch and a phone supervisor. All sound like heartless robots and keep telling my to wait 6 business days. Even US Bank called to see why they are blocking my account Being it's a holiday weekend my account is still blocked and now I have auto pays bouncing with Citi bank and they will not reimburse me for locking my account I will taking my business else where where they care about people hard earned money. read more

Worst service ever. They have used the pandemic to cut staff and service. They don't answer the phone. They don't have anybody at the entrance leaving customers to wander around trying to get attention of somebody in a cubicle. WORST "BANK" EVER!!!! First off the employees are ridiculously incompetent, I would say worse than Bank of America down the street and around the corner. They burn through employees quickly and some of the employees get arrested for criminal charges. I set up an account there a long time ago and mistakenly put a middle initial in on the original forms to start the checking account. About one month later I started receiving tons of junk mail, with the wrong middle initial. So somebody there is selling personal information of patrons to make a buck and I wouldn't doubt if it's the bank itself. When you take out a large sum of money in cash, they actually have the nerve to ask you what it is you are taking YOUR money out for. It makes you just want to them in their nosy face! They didn't have as many problems before Citibank took them over. Originally it was California federal bank at that location. I really can't stand any of the banks in the Santa Carita Valley, but if you want the worst banking experience possible, go to this bank, or Bank of America. read more

I must give an update on my recent review and in fairness to Citibank, the Area Manager to whom I wrote a detailed letter about my experienced with the branch reached out to me to discuss everything I brought out. The conversation was cordial, and I'm really happy to hear that they are addressing the matter and taking them seriously. Kudos to Citibank and for that they deserve a 5 star. I will definitely recommend Citibank to my friends, relatives and colleagues not because of the favorable outcome of my dispute, but for accepting responsibility and promising improving service in the future. read more

Citibank - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Saugus, California

What a poor excuse for a bank. You would think that being the ONLY branch open in both the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita valley Citi would honor their posted hours of operation. Citi on their front door, on yelp, and Google indicate the branch closes at 5pm. I called to verify their hours of operation and was told by a Citi rep that the brand closes at 4pm. I was ok with the 4pm closing time. I arrived at the branch at 3:15pm and the branch was closed. It's crazy Citi bank is such a small bank and you would think the would offer great customer service. Nope, for fun I went to Bank of America, Chase, USBank and all were open. I have been a Citi business customer since 1987. I am going to close my account. Please rethink using this company. read more

I just wouldn't do any business with this bank. read more
