Went to other major branch in Westwood yesterday (branch that should never close) and sign said, "Bank Closed Today." So the next day Friday 1-8-21; I went by Devonshire and Sepulveda Branch and the line appeared to be quite long outside the entrance doors . So I went to only Sylmar branch open on Foothill and Astoria in Sylmar and waited in outside line for about thirty minutes and then once inside about another 16 minutes. I think this bank is going out of business. Probably will close out my account in the next few months. Sad to the maximum degree as I have been an excellent customer and used to get semi-decent service. Now it is, "we are under staffed."
