I wish I could give this place zero stars! I called at 1:30 pm and spoke to someone about silk-screening 12 shirts for my school. The female voice on the other end did not seem very knowledgeable, but told me that the job I was asking about could be done and that it would be $2.00 less if I brought my own shirts. I asked if it could be a rush job, ready the next day (of course I knew it would be extra, cost was not an issue) and she asked "what's tomorrow?" I replied, Wednesday and she said "yes, we can do that."
When I arrived at the shop, there was a male and female at the counter. At first, the female tried to help me, but when she just looked at me with a blank stare, the male (who was helping someone else), said he would handle it. I explained my request and he said "we can't do that". I told him that I had spoken to some one earlier who said they could, he asked who I had spoken to. I told him they didn't give a name, but it was a female voice. He asked the other person working at the counter if they had spoken to me, she said no. After re-stating what i had been told about the $2 discount he said, "well that's true" and looked at his caller ID. Surprise, my number was there! but the female at the counter still denied speaking to me. They still refused my business. Thankfully, just a few block down the road is AZTEC printing. They were able to accommodate my needs, no problem. I will be posting a review later on their page. read more
