I didn't know quite what to expect coming in, as I've never had Brazilian food before. Pac has pretty casual vibes, and it wasn't very busy when we went (a weekday evening). Our server was VERY friendly and attentive, and helped us navigate the menu quite a bit. We started with a Brazilian soda, which tasted like a Monster energy drink IMO. We also got the picana platter (steak and fries). The meat was VERY juicy and tender, and the fries were like a marriage between McDonalds and Steak 'n shake fries (almost as thin as shoelace, but also crispy and delicious). I was the most blown away by the Brazilian snacks- we got a mix of the cheese filling and the chicken filling and both were amazing. Definitely my favorite part of the meal

I discovered a new place, opened two months ago, to try out. Pac Brazilian Restaurant, on 44th Street. The owner, Markos, is starting small and building up to include more options. It is situated in a small strip mall, and can be hard to find. Parking is not a problem. Going in, the feel is open, bright, and clean. It is spacious, with room to grow as the company expands. They have large group offerings, a special Brazilian Barbecue, with 2 sides for 60 bucks. They have smaller options for 59 and 22 dollars. Flatbreads are their 2nd main option. 10 choices are on the menu. They have anything from pepperoni to premium toppings from Franbacon to Shrimp. If you like sampling something new, go for it. Now they have your basic pub-like food, burgers, appetizers, wings, soda drinks, coffee, and tempting desserts. Brazilian Acai is a healthier choice. I will be back as they develop their menu and space. Now it has more of a coffee shop feel. It is worth checking out. The owner was friendly and the service was excellent.

Having had their food truck at Horrocks before, we immediately went for the Picanha lunch special, which came with fries and rice for $14.

After attending a marriage retreat, my husband and I decided on Chop House for our date night. From…read morethe time we stepped in the door to when we walked out, the service was exceptional! Their team worked in unison to provide a truly enjoyable experience. To start, the cheese popovers were a delicious surprise, and we could've taken a bagful home. My husband ordered the 22 oz cowboy steak, which he described as the best steak he has ever eaten (this is a rare statement from him), and I enjoyed two jumbo African lobster tails dipped in butter. Despite feeling full after our entrees, we felt the need to order the Affogato topped with Baileys for dessert. It was a perfect end to a wonderful meal. Special shoutout to our server, Brian C., for his amazing attentiveness and personable attitude. We will be going back.

Thankfully, we decided to spend our evening at The Chop House, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the evening. A special thank you to Andrew, who took such wonderful care of us and made the entire dining experience feel seamless and welcoming. The food was outstanding -- from the steaks to the lobster, every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. One detail that especially stood out was the team's willingness to accommodate our request for Oyster Rockefeller, even though it was not on the menu. As someone who does not eat meat but occasionally enjoys seafood, that level of hospitality truly meant a lot. It's rare to find a restaurant that combines exceptional cuisine with such gracious service. Thank you to Andrew and the entire team for such a memorable evening. We look forward to returning the next time we are in Michigan
