The Ash tree was my main concern because it is close to the Edison power lines so Edison comes twice a year to cut back the tree close to the wires. Needless to say the tree was vastly out of balance and needed some trimming. Miguel (the owner) came out and listened to what I wanted to have done, explained to me what his experience suggested would be the best thing for the tree, my yard and my pocketbook. =) I chose Vero's Tree Service because Miguel provided a competitive price, but mainly it was Miguel's knowledge of trees that won me over. Because the Ash tree was so big, Miguel thought it would take two days to get everything done. But they got it all done in one day as Miguel brought in another climber so there were two guys working on the Ash tree. All three trees trimmed, yard cleaned up and flowers pots back in place. The cost was around $40 and this wood lasted 2 nights and two mornings of fire. This surpassed what I would have paid at a grocery store for those tiny bundles at $8.00.
