We originally contacted Coastal Aquatic Creations over seven years ago for a bid on a pool. At the…read moretime they reviewed well, were reasonably priced, communicative, and our likely contractor of choice. We ended up holding out for a major remodel in 2018 and circled back to them when bidding out the pool again. Again, they were ahead of the pack in terms of being reasonably priced and lovely to go through the bidding process with. They also had an extensive portfolio which made navigating the sea of options considerably easier. This was especially appreciated once the deep decision making fatigue had set in from the remodel. I can't say enough good things about this team, but I'll try to do some justice: 1) They're navigation of the rather extensive permitting process was exceptional 2) They held an excellent balance between letting our personal style come through while steering us away from poor decisions 3) Our pool and cover are wonderfully efficient and our hot tub heats up brilliantly fast. Like 15 minutes fast. I love it. 4) The one technical obstacle we encountered was quickly resolved by the manufacture's field rep, Dirk. He was awesome too and is a testament to Coastal Aquatic's broader team being so honed. And last but not least, these are simply lovely people to work with. They do contractors proud and should be the first (and last!) pool contractor anyone talks to before building a pool.

One is that he showed a very thorough knowledge of his profession and particularly of the hardscape areas since we were looking for a complete outdoor remodel including pool, spa, terraces, etc... He also came across as someone who was not set into a specific design style and could work with us in achieving what we wanted. He never missed our phone call and was with us every step of the way! It was a great pleasure working with him and his team at Luxe h2o. Every person that assisted in our project was very professional and really showed their passion in their craft. Last year we began the process of adding a pool to our home. We called five companies to bid on the…read moreproject and knew of the five that Ceilbright Pools was the one for us. They were a bit more expensive, but they were very confident in making sure we would get exactly what we wanted. They stressed the fact that they only used the best quality materials and made us feel like they were doing this for the long run (and not just a build and leave type of job). If you're looking for a company that will work to ensure you are happy from start to finish and take care of your backyard as if it was their own, then look no further. When we first started the project, Ceilbright made us feel very comfortable. They presented two beautiful designs, listened to our ideas, and changed the design to match up with our vision and budget. There would be times that they would give us their opinions on certain ideas and explained what materials are better and why. From breaking ground to the final clean up, we had a great foreman who answered every one of our questions and made things right no matter what. We ended up having a salt water pool built because of the low chlorine level it carries and not to mention, its much gentler on the eyes and skin. Also, there's not much maintenance required compared to normal chlorinated pools, however, it is a larger initial investment. We also connected a raised jacuzzi that really complimented the pool. One of my favorite ideas that they suggested was our fire place - when guests come to our backyard, that's the first thing they want to enjoy, as well as our comfortable pergola we added. Ceilbright has a terrific office crew that keeps things running on schedule and kept us up to date on all happenings. At no point did we ever feel out of the loop on next steps or pending activities. With the construction complete, we finally have our dream back yard. Thank you Ceilbright Pools for the insanely stellar job!
