They were thorough and careful with diagnosing the key issue and also explained potential future pain points. We decided to repair after they talked us through pros/cons/costs and it's working great now.

The owner, Sam, came across as a little full of himself. He did perform some "repairs," but he did…read morenot fix the leak I originally hired him to repair. In fact, the repairs he performed did not appear to even be necessary. When I contacted him to let him know the hot tub was still leaking, he offered to return and locate the leak; but wanted to charge me an additional $289/hour to do so. Considering that fixing the leak was the reason I hired him in the first place, I found that price ridiculous. I gave Sam an opportunity to make the situation right; he declined. His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me. They also seemed genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than simply running up the bill. I rarely post reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one. Based on my experience, I would not use Sam's services again. Consumer beware.

They added an alumawood un-insulated patio cover with lights and fans. We love it! The space feels huge! Ron and his team were very nice, on time, informative and worked efficiently. Left it there dirty pulled apart drying in the sun so it could get even more damaged. Meanwhile the pool is not filtering and turning green with wrigglers all over the pool. It was so disgusting. I'm so upset that he had the nerves to tell me, " you don't have to pay for the other house.... just pay me for the other house." He promised to come by the next day and never did. Then he said," I'll come by Sunday" and never did... In the beginning he told us every Tuesday. Then that changed to Saturday without our knowledge then one day it changed to Sunday again without telling us. Yet we were very nice and never had an issue if he came another day.... then he started doing the not show up for weeks, leaving the pool green and nasty blaming it on the filter. Charging for filter cleaning. Dude show up to work and work! He skips both houses for weeksssss. How do you expect me to pay you for June when both pool looks like shit the last 2 months? You get paid when you do your job and show up. Check your camera guys. I'm warning you... he doesn't not show up weekly sometime longer. If he does show up he takes 5 minutes SKIMMING THE POOL and takes off.

Sure enough, some of the values where off. What is astonishing, is that I had approached them with the issue to give them a chance to do the job right. A few months later there where signs of Algae, and I was told this is normal at this time of the year and a special treatment is necessary that would cost me hundreds of dollars. The straight up lies and being treated like an idiot are unbelievable. If your chemistry is done right, there will never be an algae build up and no special treatment is necessary. I have since then hired a professional company and I realize I had forgotten how gorgeous the water can look like.

I immediately felt that we were in good hands. Ben adjusted all our settings to make sure we're set for the summer swim season, advised on some cartridges that I needed to replace (which he didn't try to upsell me), turned on our ozone which had been inexplicably turned off, and cleaned all our filters which were absolutely filthy. He worked hard for a couple of hours doing all this, and he showed me a few things so I could take better care of our pool myself. By the way, my pool cleaner had told me I needed our 6-month old filters REPLACED for upwards of $800. Now I know that pool filters last 5+ years unless they're structurally compromised, just hose them down or call Ben. Highly recommend
