Northwest Tree Service hired people who don't have the common sense God gave to a toadstool!! I…read morehired them for a job to cut part of a large cruciferous tree. The tree had five branches each branch has a minimum girth of 4 feet in circumference. So, they show up with all their machines and their saws, and they cut down one of the branches that I had pointed out. But then they left a 25 foot long dead branch that's obviously dead and obviously dangerous. The fellas cutting the tree did not have enough common sense to think to themselves "I should call the owner and ask if he or she wants to have that branch cut down as well.". But, no! They're not smart enough to figure this out by themselves. Maybe, just maybe, you should call the owner and ask them if they want that one cut

Blocking Rainier Ave from 11th St. Worker yelled and cursed at me when I turned onto Rainier. I had no where to go. I had to backup my vehicle onto 11th St. to turn around risking an accident. Alleged Supervisor at the work site blew me off and laughed. Called NWTS and spoke with Austin with my complaint. Their employees have no reason to verbally attack me after confronting their lack of traffic safety. I hope the employees this day are reprimanded especially the Supervisor and the guy on the machine with Ginger hair and Red White Blue hardhat. I would not recommend their service because of lack of Traffic Safety and unruly employees.

Victor and his crew deserve many more than five stars…read more They arrived at my property every day exactly on time and left 7-8 hours later, staggering breaks and lunch breaks, so someone was always working for three days. I got bids from 4 different companies, but I knew right away I'd be hiring Green Triangle. Victor knows trees and showed me three of the many Douglas Fir trees that were diseased and had to come down. He walked the property taking notes. We have an acre. He and his crew also got rid of enormous patches of blackberries and scotch broom, clearing the pasture and cleaning up the front and back yards. He had a huge job to do, left the site clean, and did excellent work. He also had appropriate equipment (which was good, because enormous limbs of the overgrown trees were being chipped just about all day). The cost was very reasonable as well. To say he and his crew went above and beyond is an understatement. Green Triangle is the company to hire, hands down.

I am extremely disappointed with this landscaping company. My property manager was charged $3,200…read moreto have the yard cleared of weeds and new grass seed planted. The results are completely unacceptable. There is almost no grass left and the yard is now entirely weeds and looks worse than when they started. As if they came out and planted only weeds. What makes this even more frustrating is that no effort was made to correct the issue or even show concern for the poor quality of work. Instead of taking responsibility, the company responded unprofessionally, belittling my property manager through text messages and showing a complete lack of respect and accountability. For the amount charged, I expected professionalism and quality service. Instead, I received the opposite. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable landscaping services. EDIT: As you can see below by the owners reply, no professionalism and cant even make sense in his response. Do these photos look like something anyone would want to pay $3200 for? Nothing but weeds. So no, you have not fulfilled your contract and reimbursement will now be pursued through legal means.

The crew was hard-working, professional, and extremely thorough. The job was challenging because the trees were located right next to my house, fence, and greenhouse, but they handled it expertly, even using a crane to lift the trees safely over the house. Cleanup was excellent--you wouldn't know major tree work had just taken place. On top of that, one of my neighbors had a large pile of limbs from a previous storm, and the crew chipped it up for him at no charge, which was incredibly generous. I will definitely use Lefler Tree Service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work done right.
