I find it hard to believe a restaurant in 2026 doesn't understand what a Vegan is. The waitress quickly brought me some lettuce & tomato once I pointed it out. Its big and crowded. We arrived at 8:00 PM and there was a line. We were happy to eat at the bar and found two seats which bypassed the line for the tables. The servers and the bartenders were friendly and efficient. The had a good selection of craft and local lagers and ales. Wine selection is limited to "bar" wines. The menu is typical of "pubs" , the ubiquitous wings, fried apps, quesadillas, burgers, expected sandwiches, and some interesting entry salads and a few entrees. The noise level is decent so you can carry on a conversation. I had the Southwest chicken salad. Other than the pretty darned good jalapeño ranch dressing I am not sure there was anything southwest about it. The salad dressing made this dish. Otherwise? All the individual ingredients were fresh and tasty with the exception of the corn and cheese. The corn , as I would have expected is some sort of flavorless frozen corn. But that is the restaurant industry. You can't make the same dish all year from fresh ingredients. The cheese however was a totally flavorless mix of probably pre-shredded indescript cheese. There isn't much excuse here. Pre-shredded cheese is not my favorite but I have had ones that actually taste like cheese, The chicken pieces were nice and tender and coated in a decent BBQ sauce bit more reminiscent of St Louis style sweet rib BBQ sauce. Not much southwest there. The avacado was a fresh nicely ripe flavorful addition. The bacon was actually pretty good but there was so much of it that if you weren't careful you could mix it in and the whole salad would taste of nothing but bacon. I like bacon, but not as ingredient when it can over power everything. Some much better cheese , less bacon and a less sweet BBQ sauce would elevate this dish. My wife that the shrimp lime tacos , They were very good, distinctly limey (as described). Just watch that you eat them over a plate, The lime marinade will run out and maybe into your lap. The julienned radish toping was a nice touch if a little bland. But getting a decent radish is hard , really hard, so the restaurant is forgiven. They were fresh . Overall a successful dish. We only had two dishes so it is difficult to rate overall. I am not sure I would wait in a very long line for a table. But the food was certainly acceptable, the staff accommodating and the atmosphere was fine for a huge sports bar/pub. read more

The manager is nasty. I've brought a group of 10-16 people there for over 2 years for Eagles games. The current manager has been difficult to work with in accommodating our group with tables. The hostess will not talk to us, and gets the manager every time we arrive. It's a battle getting seated before everyone arrives. This happens every game, even though the hostess recognizes us and knows we're coming. We finally were able to reserve tables last week, but then the manager threatened to take one of our tables back if it wasn't fully occupied by kick off. Our group is respectful and buys food and drink. We spend a lot of money. I would think they'd want our business. This manager has caused us to change our location to a much more accommodating venue. The service was good however, my husband ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which originally came with mayonnaise. He asked for a substitute of hot sauce instead of mayo and side of blue cheese. He was charged $1.00 for the hot sauce and $.75 for the blue cheese. If there is an upcharge for these items, it should have been stated somewhere on the menu or by the server. The mayo was removed and replaced by hot sauce. A bit ridiculous for the price of $13.49 chicken sandwich on a burger bun. read more

We have been to this chain restaurant location many times. We usually get a great friendly waitress. Sometimes the service is slow. But you can't beat it for a fun atmosphere and there's always SOME sporting event to watch! They don't take reservations but if it's busy, you give them your number and they have a system that tells you how many people are in front of you and estimated wait time. That's just incredibly helpful instead of standing around aimlessly waiting and wondering. I usually get the keto bowl and husband gets French dip. The PJ famous fries are trying to be Chickie and Pete's crab fries and they do come close. read more

Meanwhile, people were clearly still sitting down eating. Make it make sense. If you're going to stay open, stay open for everyone -- not just for whoever fits the vibe you decided you wanted that night. Being told I could "go to the bar" felt like a brush-off. Now after you've had your wings, and your still licking your finger while coming out of that "caveman/woman mode", you should try their chili lime grilled shrimp tacos. Three nice sized tacos brought to you in their carrier, so they stay safe are just waiting for you. Nice sized shrimp grilled to ones satisfaction, not that crap you buy in the freezer section of the supermarket, actual quality. Chili honey marinated shrimp is all I'm saying. Alyssa was my bartender/server/boss who made sure I was fully accommodated. She made sure I was well hydrated by keeping my frosty libations, well frosty. Plus along with Alyssa, the staff here as busy as it can get, they'll always make sure you're doing good. As part of a large group that came faithfully for 2 years to see every eagles game, I am sad to say that the new manager in 2025 has caused us nothing but aggravation. We always had 2 or three tables next to each other and thIs year the new manager forbade us from pulling a chair from one table to another, forbade us to stand at another table to visit friends, forbade us to save tables. This quote from the above manager statement "No matter who you are, our goal is to make you feel like part of the PJs family from the moment you walk through the door" IS A BIG FAT LIE! This is a sports bar where you scream and yell for your team, but you can't visit a friend at the table next to you? We spend money and are generous tippers, but instead of being appreciated, we were treated like dirt. What's weird is that whenever I go here it's a wings and beer spot. But I always find myself eating the California Crunch salad. I can say anything but it's absolutely delicious. I love eating it so much that whenever I go out here this is simply what I get every time with a beer lol. The service is always friendly and quick, but we also always sit at the bar. I went on a Friday afternoon with one other person. We chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was nice and provided excellent service. I was mischarged the cost of the wrong order by accident, but fortunately the bartender caught the error in time and fixed it. We ordered the chicken fingers with tots and the margherita flatbread with chicken. It's typical sports bar food, so it met my expectations, but it's nothing to brag about. The people are nice and the atmosphere is laid back. We ended up making friends with some people seated next to us at the bar. I've been to the PJs in Concord before, and I always have a decent time. *let me just say up front, I went on the 4th of July* Party of 3 seated at a high top in the bar area for lunch, nothing wrong with that. We had service immediately ask what we wanted for drinks. All in no time at all we had order 7 boneless wings with chili, ranch on the side, crabcake sandwich and a cheesesteak. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. It was wild, at the bar and the high tops around it, they only had the bartender serving food,drinks and serving the bar! Stopped in Sunday on their second day open for some Steelers and wings. The Steelers disappointed, but the wings did not! The place was absolutely mobbed! Not a seat at the bar, and tables filled as soon as they are cleared. They did great for their second day open and a full house! Our server, Marge, was personable and attentive, especially given the crowd size. The Wings came out in minutes, and Marge checked on us several times. It seems much smaller than 3 West, I suspect they used some of the old interior for their 4 Season room and patio, but it seems much smaller inside. TVs surround you, everywhere you look! I doubt you can find a spot without a view. They had every TV, and the audio cranked, on the Steelers game. Great place for a big game. I only had the wings at this location, and they were fantastic, but it's safe to assume the food will be much like the other locations. Great burgers and wings, good salads, nice beer selection, and friendly service. They are still working on the 4 seasons room, which will alleviate the only real issue I see...there is no place to wait for your table! With it being so crowded, there was a short wait...but no real seating or waiting area, just the space between the check in booth and the front door, which got crowded at times, bottlenecking the door. This would be a great issue to have for any bar owner, but the opening of the 4 seasons room should resolve this issue! I hope they have it open for the NFC Championship next weekend! The taste and smell of buffalo wings was lingering in my mind for the past couple of days so instead of going to Hooters I decided to stop by P.j's for some hot, crispy breaded wings. The first time I had them is one of the reasons why I knew to come here to satisfy my craving today. This location is a little distance from me honestly but I've been here twice. The first time I went to the one located in Maple Shade, Nj which had me sold based on the flavors and quality of the wings. Like I mentioned before, I wanted breaded wings instead of traditional wings which is most restaurant chains standard form of wings and you can't go wrong with here especially when their hot, much better when their served straight from the kitchen. Chose the mild and Hot honey wings, 15 to be exact. They were still very good, but I know they would be better piping hot. The distance cause mine to be warm by the time I got home. It's your traditional sports bar that serves not only wings but other tasty dishes that I will definitely try some day when I'm ready to step out the box, whenever that is. I've loved PJs for over a decade. Unfortunately this location has gone down hill since their start. I know that supply is tight but I miss their half off wings. Besides their growing prices (wings are almost unbuyable they are so expensive) and lowering staff standards the REAL ISSUE to me a lover of food is the nachos. WHAT THE HECK! First they used to be towering and now they are big but decent but the person who makes the nachos at this location Needs major retraining. Over cooked way low on toppings and WAY LOW on cheese. The nacho guy needs to go learn from the malvern and downingtown location how to make a plate of nachos because They SUCK here. read more

This was my first time at this particular P.J.'s location. My favorite location so far is the one located in Blue Bell, PA, so I always compare the wings to that location. It wasn't super busy for a Thursday, so we were seated right away. We were seated in an area that looked like it was created out of a converted garage, and I thought that was pretty cool. Our server was very kind and attentive, and we opted for wings, because, what else should you order at P.J's? I ordered my favorite, the hot and honey classic, and we decided to try the flavor of the month - mango sriracha. We also ordered sweet potato fries and a basket of tator tots. The mango sriracha wings were a complete miss. The wings were bland with maybe a hint of something fruity (but not sweet) and there was barely any kick. The combination was just terrible, and anymore of the "mango" flavor would've given the wings a rotten aftertaste. My hot and honey wings were a little soggy, there wasn't enough flavor in the sauce, and the meat was on the dryer side. We were really thankful that our server took off the cost of the mango sriracha wings. However, I think I'll stick with Blue Bell if I really need my wing fix. read more

My friend and I stopped for a late lunch after a movie. The restaurant was pretty empty, we were waited on fairly quickly. We both ordered a salad and an iced tea. We received our order, the salad was pretty tasty. Then our server just disappeared..... we had to nab other servers to find him. Starting with Danielle and Chef Brian, they helped me narrow down a menu to fit all my needs, which is not easy because I am the world's pickiest eater. They were very patient with me. We ended up with a menu that stayed in my budget while still keeping all my guests more than full! While the food was terrific, the next most crucial thing is the drinks! The servers Taylor and Gemma were spot on! Guests never had an empty drink. They also made sure plates and glasses were cleared quickly. I went there with a friend and we eat there occasionally. We went today and the service was horrible. It was freezing inside. We had to wait 10 minutes for a waitress. I ordered soda water with a lemon and lime to drink (I was charged $2.29) and then decided to have a glass of wine. The waitress Nicole, could not tell me what type, brand or price of any kind of wine that they serve. I went with the Red ($8.00). It tasted like it was opened last year. The wine was terrible, and I did not drink it, but a sip. They also refill the Ketchup (Bad sign). The food was served in a plastic bowl with a piece of paper under my sandwich. My sandwich dissolved the paper and I ended up having wax paper intermixed with my food. The waitress gave us the check and we paid $51.00. Service is BAD, Food is BAD even with the added touch of wax paper. Wine is gross, the food is disgusting. It was freezing in the restaurant and everyone had their coats on. The waitress gave us our bill and did not ask how our meal was or notice that I didn't drink the wine. They upcharge everything including the fries ($2.00), roll ($2.00) etc. I will not be back. The manager was not around. Apparently they need a new leader there after reading the comments here. The ambiance is nice and I like the TVs but the food is not good and they upcharge all the items. I love PJs so it pains me to say that this location just can't seem to get it right like their other spots. My husband and I ate in a few weeks back, they mixed up some sauces and orders which I was able to overlook since it was pretty busy and the server was apologetic and helpful. Tonight we decided to get takeout, the mixed up the fry orders for both of our meals. Double orders of sweet potato when we wanted one sweet potato, one original. My buffalo chicken wrap was dry, like almost no hot sauce in it until the very last bite so I guess it all dripped to the bottom instead of them tossing the chicken in the sauce. The part that really upset me was the original fries they did send were limp, soggy messes. I'm used to the delicious crispy fries they have in Blue Bell and these were a huge disappointment. I probably won't be going here again unless they can get it together. read more
