Their work is subpar at best, we were convinced into doing a larger repair job when it was unnecessary. Justin or Jason (don't remember his name) suggested the work and when it was found to not be beneficial he was super dismissive and condescending after the fact. Every single time I've interacted with that one particular guy, who is always there he acts as though the customers are insignificant and not worth his time. If you want to be treated like utter garbage then sure go to this place, their staff is awful and they'll utterly waster your time. read more

PG Performance: Great group of people. I was referred here from a local tuning shop known for producing Volkswagen supercars. It's run by a couple of overworked fellows who clearly have a lot of love for their work. They specialize, of course, in Volkswagen / Audi but also do other Euro stuff like BMW, Merc, etc. I've had a couple of jobs done here on my car and have ordered parts from them for others. There are two things that set these guys apart from other shops: 1) Their staff are very knowledgeable, all the way from the front office to the back. They knew about a product recall on a switch for a US car that was ten years old. 2) They're value conscious and will suggest the best solution for mechanical needs if you take the time to talk to them i.e. "you can get by with component X which seems to do a great job..." versus buying the expensive piece. We're all looking for honesty and knowledge when it comes to auto service, and these guys (and gal) have it in spades. This shop is very humble (read: Not fancy. Or clean) and does cater to the enthusiast, but don't let that dissuade you from getting regular service done there. read more

Without a single doubt the best service I have ever received. They know and love cars, and they respect their customers in a way that is incredibly rare. Paul and team are so confident in their business that they have no problem in talking clients out of purchases and services that they don't need. On the other hand, they are so incredibly well versed in product and service knowledge that they are incredibly efficient in troubleshooting issues and an excellent resource in bouncing ideas off of when it comes to performance tuning. Examples of their integrity go on and on: my wife dropped the car by without an appointment to check out a grinding from the back wheels. They quickly found out that one brake pad was completely worn and we were scraping metal on metal. Paul moved heaven and earth to fit us in their schedule, knowing he couldn't possibly let us leave with our 1 year old in the back of this car. It was amazing. The range of work they do is insane compared to their competitors. The level of execution is as good as their customer service. I cannot recommend PG Performance enough. read more

OUTSTANDING. If you drive an Audi or VW (or any euro make) and don't want to pay dealer prices, come see Paul or Andrew at PG. These guys love what they do and it shows. I used to get work done at CTS but now that they are parts only I was referred to PG. My first trip there Paul took my A4 out for a test drive- no charge. Next visit I needed a new bearing on the front wheel- they sourced a good used OEM part rather than charge for a crappy aftermarket or new. read more

I am very impressed with the service at PG Performance. I own a 2004 VW Golf TDI and have brought it to a number of shops over the years but have never seen the attention to detail that Paul showed. I have had a number of issues with the front end and I have spent a fair bit without ever getting to the root of the issues. Paul found the issues and consulted with me on viable options every step of the way. A couple parts took a few days to get in (to be expected), but this was all relayed to me in advance with the option for quicker solutions, but I wanted the job done right and Paul made sure this was the case. I just picked up the car and am very happy with how everything is working. Andrew at the front was great to deal with and answered my call every time I called in with a question. I was referred from my usual mechanic to visit these guys for tuning work and so far I have vsited these guys twice now, first time was to get my GTI chipped and the second was for coilover installation. Let me tell you that these guys know their stuff inside out and they are completely HONEST. I have been hesitant on spending loads of money on coilovers and Andrew explained to me for my purposes their least expensive coilover would do the trick. First time round I visited them Paul took my car out for a quick drive because he noticed fault codes after plugging it into the computer. He came back and told me about the fault codes that appeared and explained everything to me. This was all done FOR FREE. Second time I dropped by after bombarding them with questions about suspension and they squeezed me in same day I called to make an appointment (keep in mind that coilover installation is a 3-4 hour job). Once I got there they suggested that I should also change the rubber cushioning piece that wears out around 50,000km of use and they did this for free($100 in parts)! Overall their prices are fair compared to other tuner shops, may not beat some local mechanic for oil changes, but you can rest assured that no matter what job you bring to these guys they will know what they are doing and will be completely upfront with you. read more

I placed a order for some parts and later to find they are not able to get the parts , but yet they still have the parts listed on there website as available. If you call this place they will not answer the phone. You just get a looped recoding. If you send an email it is hit or miss if they respond. I have come to the conclusion that this business is pretty dodgy. I would advise in not wasting your time with this place when it comes to ordering parts online. read more
