Service was friendly and environment was outstanding. The food was a little boring. I don't recommend the sushi.

Went to PF Chang's in Querétaro at the Antea mall. Requested the Asian Grilled Salmon. When it arrived I ate a piece and when I went to cut off the second piece it was RAW. I'm talking RAW. It was char on the top slightly and the inside completely RAW, not just a little. The waitress took the plate after she acknowledged the amount of undercooked it was. The manager came over and I was willing to pay for it, but she told me no problem and I left. I use to frequent the restaurant chain back home, but I guess that will change now. Ordered Pork Bao, got BBQ Pork, told waiter of the error and he argued with me so he sent the"manager" who also told me I was wrong, showed him online what the differences were but exchanged it. Bao was gummy. Ordered Mongolian Beef, just ok. Mango Chicken only enough for one person. Pork Chow Main wasn't. Sauces over reduced, salty. Worst Green Tea ever and cold. Strawberry Lemonade tasted like jello. Waiter was bad plus you could hear the kitchen yelling and throwing things around, blasting their music sounding drunk all the time. Asked for chopsticks and waiter asked: what for? Expensive bad food. If you think I don't know what I'm talking about, we are chefs and know Chinese food plus been to this chain in the states and this is nothing like it. They sell sushi!?!?
