What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming even though I was the only customer there. It made the whole experience feel personal and relaxing. The location is super convenient too, right next door to the Tru Hotel by Hilton, perfect if you're staying in the area and don't feel like going far. The only tiny thing I'd change is asking for one of my rolls without sesame seeds next time. They were a little heavy-handed with them and it gave the rice a slightly odd, almost stale texture (I could tell the rice itself was fresh, it was just the seeds). Minor detail, but now I know. They have open ice where they have to scoop it into the cup, and he sneezed right on the open ice and scooped the ice into the cup with the cup that he was going to drink from.
