Feeling nostalgic, I went for dinner. Such a beautiful concept only to serve mediocre food. I had the "Black Pepper Chicken" which I have eaten in several Asian restaurants before. This version was batter fried chicken tossed in a syrupy spicy sauce. The heat overwhelmed any flavor that was supposed to be there. The pork pan fried dumplings were basic, but again the sauce was just pure heat with limited flavor. The bartender was nice, but was complaining about getting no help throughout the rush. I had a great experience at PF Chang's. I ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken with brown rice, and it was amazing. It was bold, warm flavors with just the right level of heat. Everything tasted fresh, and the sauce had that perfect balance of spicy and slightly sweet. I shared the chicken lettuce wraps with my family, and they were a hit as always..crisp, flavorful, and fun to eat. We also tried the veggie egg rolls and edamame, and both were delicious. The egg rolls were crunchy on the outside and packed with veggies, while the edamame was seasoned well and made a great starter. Overall, the meal was satisfying and full of flavor. A solid spot for a tasty and dependable dinner. Must note that some days their quality is off and I've gone sometimes where I'm disappointed so I think it just depends on the chef that's working the night but I wish they were more consistent with their quality and portions. read more

We had a Galentines outing here, and they were able to accommodate a party of 15+. Even with such a large party, service was consistent, the waiters were kind, they had no issues splitting the checks, and the food was great! We ordered several items to share: orange chicken, lo mein, rice, sushi, etc. There was nothing that wasn't satisfactory. The food was fresh, warm and plentiful. There is construction across the street, so my hopes weren't high - but wow! The inside was absolutely beautiful, with a really cool painting on one wall! The staff was super helpful and friendly - and gave great recommendations on what food to get. Their price on the fried rice was reasonable and tasted great! Overall, the 1 star rating is due to the following factors: 1- Poor service from management 2- Slow service (despite the restaurant having very few customers 3- Poor quality This dish had an off scent, and taste. It was far more 'soupy', and this was one of the worst tasting dishes I've had from an asian themed restaurant. The prices that they're charging are outrageous. Furthermore, I tried redeeming a $20 off coupon that was emailed which had deceptive terms and conditions (stating $20 off dine-in or $40 for pickup orders) which the waiter claimed to have brought to management and they stated they wouldn't honor their own deal. I think I've been to PF Changs once before but I came because I had a birthday reward. The food is pretty expensive and in my opinion not that great. You can find better quality at non chain restaurants. The ambiance is nice and the service is great and quick and the waiters are friendly, but, I got the cauliflower dish which said it just has cauliflower, peppers and onions and I got it with ko sauce and sweet and sour on the side. There was some sort of meat in the dish, so I asked what the fried things were and the waiter checked and said it was onion. I know for sure ot wasn't onion as there was onion in the dish I could see and had my friend eat it and he said it tasted like chicken so I picked it all out since I don't eat meat and just gave it to him. I still don't like that I don't know what was actually in it or how something else got in the dish. But the taste wasn't as good as other local Asian restaurants so I wouldn't come back again. read more

Recently we visited this PF Chang's and had a throughly enjoyable experience.  The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was tasty and not unreasonably priced. Tip: The place was fairly crowded, but with the reservation we made right before we set out we were seated after a wait of only a few minutes. For our meal we shared the Steak Bulgogi with crispy potatoes and the miso butter lobster.  Despite the fact that both dishes were slightly overcooked, our food was both tasty and satisfying.  The sauce on the steak paired well with the crispy potatoes, and the lobster dumplings had a delicious filling that went well with the miso butter sauce. Other than the fact that our food was a bit overcooked, we had no complaints - I look forward to returning again the next time we're in the area. read more

When this location first opened, it was really good. The service was excellent and the food fresh. But now, six years on, it has gradually gone downhill. My husband and I went to dinner last night and I think that will be our last visit. The host was surly, our order was wrong and the replacement took way too long. Carissa was our server and was terrific. But, there are just too many other negatives. I ordered the chicken and broccoli with an up charge on fried rice. The broccoli had not been drained well and my food was water laden. The fried rice had very little flavor. Extra soy sauce just added too much salt. read more

PF Chang's has historically been one of my favorite places to eat and normally I have good service. This last visit was very disappointing! While there was confusion with the bill and we could tell the waitress was new so we were patient initially but when asked to speak with manager he just kept making excuses for the slow service and bill mistakes instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation. He additionally rudely cut me off. Wont be coming back to this PF Changs. read more

Pf Changs used to be delicious what has happened to it. I could get better Chinese food from the mall food court. The last few times I've had it it's been actually sickening . Had a 6pm reservation, was sat promptly, and our server was friendly.... That seems to be it for the "pros" Unfortunately everything with the meal was a flop, started out with ordering drinks and appetizers (crab wontons and vegetable spring rolls) the server came back and said, "your appetizers are coming out so I am going to take your entree order." We gave her our entree order. My husband's crab wontons came out. After he finished eating them, my spring rolls arrived, and immediately behind them our entrees showed up, not a moment between them to enjoy the appetizer first. A Saturday night out in Gainesville found us at PF Chang's, around the corner from the Cheesecake Factory. There was no waiting at all (7 pm) and we were seated and got drinks and edamame quickly. We managed to hit some type of shift change, so our drinks and appetizer were with one server and the entrees were with another. The server came out an apologized for the delay, as it seemed to be a little longer wait for food, but we filled our time with silly Snapchat filters instead. When our food finally arrived, it was served with an extra (gratis) plate of chicken fried rice to "make up for the delay" - not something we noticed at other tables, so maybe an astute manager spied my screen? The food was outstanding. The sweet and sour chicken was delicious. The Kung Pao chicken was very flavorful and delivered an great slow burn. The Orange chicken was a bit spicier than what was expected but very tasty. We had two orders of dessert: Fire & Ice and The Wall of Chocolate. Wow, what a cool presentation! I recently went here for the first time in years and I enjoyed it very much. They are definitely on the pricier side but I was impressed by the food I got. The menu has a lot of different options and variety. For an appetizer we got the firecracker shrimp which were really good but not that many shrimp. We also ordered margaritas which were super good and flavorful. For entrees, my boyfriend got the firecracker sushi which he really liked but didn't expect the shrimp to be on the outside he thought it was gonna be more of a shrimp tempura but he still really liked it. I got the sesame chicken which I absolutely loved. The chicken was super flavorful and it was a big meal. We also got yum yum sauce which made it even better. Our waiter, I forgot his name, but he was very nice and attentive. He explained things about the menu and checked on our table many times. He also gave me to go yum yum sauce which was very nice. Our food didn't take too long to come out. As for the atmosphere in the restaurant itself it is very nice inside and they have a bar.
