Not the best, but not the worse. The husb and I came because I got a BOGO coupon! You don't have to tell me twice! We decided to get two entrees, the Mongolian beef and the crunchy shrimp. They were okay, nothing outstanding, the beef would be the winner for me. The shrimp had a strange smell when it came out, but I still ate it, you gotta love shrimp. It tasted fine, but again, nothing that will make me do summersaults. We started off with an appetizer, we got veggie spring rolls, we only got 3, we kind of expected more than 3 for the price we paid. They were okay. Our waiter Harrison was great. On a Saturday night, we decided to have P.F. Chang's for dinner. It was just my husband and I on a special date night and we got in right away and sat at one of the booths in the bar. My husband is doing dry January so he just got water. I got the Cosmo $5 "all day, everyday menu". It was pretty good a little on the sweet side, but I didn't mind it. We ordered tempura green beans as well as lettuce wraps, and for our main dish we ordered Mongolian beef with lo mein. We weren't sure why the Mongolian beef cost more than the other beef dishes. It was a little bit chewy, but for the most part it was good and everything tasted fresh. we had a mostly attentive server, but there would be times when he didn't check on us, but it was also because he was making drinks. BE ADVISED - Their happy hour has changed and definitely not for the better. Apps are about $1 off the regular menu price (for the half size) and their drink selection and pricing stink! We had three of the apps and one drink from the happy hour menu. We also had the green beans and one other drink from the regular menu. The apps were delicious and the drinks were good (except for the amount of ice in my husbands mai tai). Our bill total was $61 before tip which is a lot for a happy hour. Our server was nice and apologetic for the happy hour changes. We sat on the patio which was really nice. We probably won't be back because there are much better options out there read more

I was taken out to lunch at P.F. Chang's today, and the Christmas music playing inside really set a nice, festive tone for the meal. Our server was prompt, kind, and articulate, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the kitchen was out of several items that my coworkers tried to order, including the Crispy Honey Chicken and certain noodle dishes, which was disappointing. That said, the food we were able to order--including the appetizers and soups --were delicious, served hot, and well prepared. Toward the end of the meal, there was an issue with a to-go order that never got rung up or entered correctly, which caused our CEO to wait behind for the final order. That was frustrating and put a bit of a damper on an otherwise enjoyable lunch. Overall, good food and great service from our server, but some operational hiccups that could use improvement. read more

The service is excellent here, but the food prices keep escalating higher and higher to ridiculous levels. If the portion sizes also increased, I could understand the reason for the much higher prices, but on top of the higher prices the portion sizes have gotten smaller. However, unfortunately due to the pandemic, recent changes in buying cheap quality foods from other vendors; I'm sorry, but Panda Express around the corner has better quality foods. I drove all the way from Yorba Linda to Chino Hills just to eat a nice Lunch. I should had stayed home. The fish was very Fishy smell, the Fried rice was cold. Food quality was terrible and the service was even worse! First off it took them over 20 minutes to even greet us and take our order; and then an hour for them to actually bring the food out. By then my son was starving and upset!.. I find it completely unacceptable to make a child wait that long for a simple kids meal. The restaurant wasn't even crowded, but I couldn't even track my waiter down to ask him to at least bring the kid's meal out so he could eat. I'll assume the waiters were just in the back goofing off because not one person checked on us the entire time. And sadly, the food wasn't even worth the wait. My son's chicken was dry and rubbery and there was barely any sauce. On top of that, no apologies, nor did they seem to care that they made a young child wait that long to eat. As far as the rest of our food, the quality itself was worse than Panda Express and for double the price. In fact, you're better off eating at panda express. At least you'll get the food right away and it tastes better than this place. Honestly, by the time they brought the food out, we weren't even hungry anymore and we were late for an event. Came in on a Sunday evening we were sat promptly. The server was so nice and really friendly. The first thingbi noticed was the bat area it was really nice and lively. The decor is beautiful. The food was really fresh and tasty. The sushi was awesome. My boyfriend enjoyed the pad thai it was a good size serving definitely sharable.
