    Catering Crispy Honey Shrimp
    Omar A.

Not the best, but not the worse. The husb and I came because I got a BOGO coupon! You don't have to tell me twice! We decided to get two entrees, the Mongolian beef and the crunchy shrimp. They were okay, nothing outstanding, the beef would be the winner for me. The shrimp had a strange smell when it came out, but I still ate it, you gotta love shrimp. It tasted fine, but again, nothing that will make me do summersaults. We started off with an appetizer, we got veggie spring rolls, we only got 3, we kind of expected more than 3 for the price we paid. They were okay. Our waiter Harrison was great. He poured out to go food for us in to go packages, that was nice of him. The restaurant had a lively vibe, it wasn't crowded at all. Next time we come, we'll probably get noodle dishes.

On a Saturday night, we decided to have P.F. Chang's for dinner. It was just my husband and I on a special date night and we got in right away and sat at one of the booths in the bar. My husband is doing dry January so he just got water. I got the Cosmo $5 "all day, everyday menu". It was pretty good a little on the sweet side, but I didn't mind it. We ordered tempura green beans as well as lettuce wraps, and for our main dish we ordered Mongolian beef with lo mein. We weren't sure why the Mongolian beef cost more than the other beef dishes. It was a little bit chewy, but for the most part it was good and everything tasted fresh. we had a mostly attentive server, but there would be times when he didn't check on us, but it was also because he was making drinks. We he had a good experience here and would return!

Their $17.99 special was a joke, I ordered a miso and honey glazed salmon first of all, I didn't taste any miso and it's not fresh at all because it's dry and the fishy taste was so disgusting, the hot and sour soup was too salty, the mashroom and greens are uncooked.

The food was hot and fresh. The hospitality was great and the employees so nice and helpful. The restaurant has great view and surrounded by shopping centers great area!

BE ADVISED - Their happy hour has changed and definitely not for the better. Apps are about $1 off the regular menu price (for the half size) and their drink selection and pricing stink! We had three of the apps and one drink from the happy hour menu. We also had the green beans and one other drink from the regular menu. The apps were delicious and the drinks were good (except for the amount of ice in my husbands mai tai). Our bill total was $61 before tip which is a lot for a happy hour. Our server was nice and apologetic for the happy hour changes. We sat on the patio which was really nice. We probably won't be back because there are much better options out there

I wish there was a better way of seeing that list because I really had no clue and waited in line for nothing. The wait time honestly needs better attention. We probably waited around 20-25 minutes. It was very busy that day, and I'm not sure if it's because it's the weekend and/or due to Chinese New Year. Staff members are shuffling back and forth and are quite rude to be honest. I get that they are stressed running around, but still.... Anyways, we ordered the following via online (scan the QR Code on the table, that is probably better since they are too busy to take your order): - 1 shrimp siu mai (4 pieces) = $5.99 - 1 shrimp dumplings (we got 4 pieces instead of 3 per menu): $5.99 - 1 steamed BBQ pork buns (3 pieces) = $5.99 - 2 sticky rice wrapped with lotus leaf (4 total) = $13.98 - 1 yang chow fried rice = $15.99 - 1 seafood with pan fried crispy noodle = $17.99 SUBTOTAL = $65.93 TAX = $5.11 TOTAL = $71.04 ** Place $10 tip via cash ** We received our yang chow fried rice and crispy noodle timely, however it took a REALLY LONG TIME for us to receive the rest of the orders (the dim sum aka yum cha order); I had to ask the front how long the wait will be, otherwise we will cancel - the lady ended up checking and we got some of our orders. If I didn't ask, the wait time would be wayyyyy longer. Overall, we all enjoyed the food. Very authentic (Hong Kong Style). Management needs to improve and the wait time. Very small inside, this place needs to expand. There is another location in El Monte.

We arrived and were seated right away, and a waiting crowd gathered outside as the evening went on. FRIED FISH FILET WITH SEAWEED: 4/5. While it was a little bit oily for me personally, the fish inside was super flaky, and the batter was really crispy and savory. BEAN CURD WITH PORK: 5/5. The best version I've had of this dish, period. There was something incredibly addictive about how savory and balanced it was. Textures were on point, too: super tender, not rubbery at all. SHRIMP WITH SCRAMBLED EGG: 5/5. The eggs were so soft, creamy, and delicious, with plenty of shrimp in and under the egg. BASIL FRIEND EGGPLANT: 5/5. Yes. This is the flavor I'm looking for when I order this dish. Deep, basil-forward flavor that permeates the eggplant and onions. MUSHROOM AND PORK BELLY HOTPOT: 5/5. Loved the many textures the assorted mushrooms offered. Pork belly was silky, and the mala spice was well balanced.

I did not expect a plate full sides stuffed next to each other, was a bit messy at first but overall the taste of everything was refreshing. We ordered the seaweed salad, the bean curd salad, and the spicy pig ears. The dish that I ordered was the spicy Szechuan noodles which blew me away. The consistency of the noodles and the beef slices were exceptional. The bok choy was also very well prepared and added a nice crunch texture. This is also a sauced dish (although my initial thought was that I was going to be a soup) which to me didn't matter. The chili oil was very well prepared and flavor packed. Not only that, the portions were enormous. Some other dishes we ordered were the braised beef noodle soup which was hearty, rich, and comforting. We ordered the A10 as well, but that will take me a couple tries since the flavor was unfamiliar to me. Willing to come back and try more things as many times as it takes! This restaurant, like most of the reviews claim, is indeed a gem and I highly recommend it!

We got the usual items like shumai (pork dumplings), har gar (shrimp dumplings), pork spareribs, chicken sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, bbq pork buns, egg tarts, and I had to try the beef stew rice noodle soup. The server was very attentive to us while she took care of 4 other tables on her own. You do have to pay at store and not on the app when you're ready to checkout. The food came out fast and it tasted fresh. Portion size of the items are great. The bbq pork bun dough was a bit mushy to me. I like when the bun is fluffy and soft. The egg tart was perfect and not overcooked. The shumai and har gar was delicious and huge. The chicken sticky rice was very yummy . The spareribs were a bit fatty but had great flavor. The beef stew rice noodle soup was not my favorite. The beef stew was tender but it lacked flavor and the soup needed more flavor.
