Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, He told me he would look up the cost of the part and get back to me. It wasn't 2 hours later he texted me a price. It was during this time that I realized that it was still under warranty and while on the phone with LG, was texting with Leo to ask questions. I was able to get him set up to be able to order the part from LG for free under our warranty. It took a couple days, but he stayed in contact with me and after a few days of waiting, informed that the part had arrived. We scheduled a time for him to install and he came this morning to do the job. He was quick and efficient and it was about 35 mins and the job was complete. The dishwasher sounds like it did before and we can't be happier with the job. He charged us for his time only, just as we discussed. I hope I don't have to call him again for something else broken, but if I do, won't hesitate. Also, I plan to also share his info with anyone I know who needs an appliance fixed. A true and honest repairman- so rare to find these days. Call him, you won't be disappointed!

The diagnosis was free and accurate (this is the main reason for 4 stars). However, the issue is that the quoted replacement part was extremely high, and the quoted labor cost for replacement covered about one hour of work. I guess that the "free" diagnosis won't be free after all if I followed up and agreed to proceed. Speaking of time, the replacement part is no longer available new anywhere, and if I had bought a correct replacement, it would take less than 10 minutes to replace it. The alternative repair was done by me/DIY by following a YouTube video, and no parts were required.

The first…read moretime they did not deliver everything despite having to wait two weeks but made good on completing the delivery the following day. So I gave him a second chance and bought a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer, dryer combo, a stove for a rental. At this point I'm loosing money on renting the apt because my tile installer can't do the counter top or backsplash without all items in their respectful place. When the items were not delivered I told Sal my sales person that I needed the microwave asap or it would be a domino effect affecting other trades from doing their job and duration of the job. He could not fix the problem and said the items would get delivered today. So Stella, the delivery company that they use which is equally as miserable as Seemore appliances delivered the refrigerator. The item that I need the least right now I contacted Seemore, cell the sales person, and informed him he gave me a phone number to speak with Marissa. She was equally useless. I texted Sal over 20 minutes ago that I want my money back for the microwave and that I will be buying it from Pc Richards I have not heard back from him. Recently the dryer stopped working, we called the store since it was still under the warranty. The woman who runs the store was helpful and offerent to give us a new dryer. Delivery was set up and on day of delivery, the guys told us they're not bringing in, that they weren't told to do that. That information wasn't shared with us prior to delivery, we took the door off so the guys can easily bring it in. The guys that delivered said they have to call the store to ask about it but instead drove off without saying anything. I called the store to speak to the woman and express my frustration. She told us that guys had somewhere else to go and wasn't going to pay for them to bring it inside and install. I didn't ask to install but to bring inside since we werent able to and if they didn't want to install, we could do it. Unfortunately she kept saying no they won't do it, she's not their boss, and can't tell them what to do. It was left outside on a rainy day. I explained my issue with that and i don't think it's good customer service especially since we were sold a dryer that only lasted two months. She then proceeded to get defensive and blamed us for breaking the dryer. That was even more frustrating and I told her that I won't be using her store any further and won't be able to give a good review and she then hung up the phone on me. It's a shame because up until today, they were great. The store was nice, had a good selection of items which even used, looked pretty new. A friendly woman answered at Redmond's, took down the model number of our drier, and came back on the phone a minute later saying they had the part. I drove there right after, and the 2 men working at the counter were the friendliest guys. I went home, and my husband and I replaced the belt, and the drier is up and running. Thanks Redmond!
