Then…read moreI took a computer in there for their "free evaluation". yeah, that was a waste of time and a joke to boot. I already knew what the problem was (a blown motherboard), I simply wanted it confirmed before I dropped the $100+ to have the MB replaced. Well, they did confirm it (for free, per their "free evaluation"), after several days (which wasn't the complaint), but then they wouldn't release the computer back to us until almost a week later because they refused to accept my money to replace the motherboard (yes, I know it was a cheap POS system, but it wasn't mine and that's all that person could afford then so I took it in for them) and instead tried to browbeat me (and the computer's owner) into "upgrading" into one of their systems at over a thousand dollars. dock 2 stars for that. 3 stars overall.
