He called once (March) to say he had fixed a couple of things but that he had to order a part & both of his suppliers had the part on back order. Yesterday (November 6, 2014) it was still not repaired because the part was apparently still backordered. We had not heard from him since the one call in March. We picked up the receiver, unrepaired, today. I definitely do not recommend this business.

The $11.99 Monthly Mobile Protection Pack was added to my bill without my permission. Finally, the sauce for the goose... The rep could not create my id in the system (email address) because as I came to find out was because it was in use on my Direct TV account. To get me out of the store (after an hour of standing there while two "managers" speak in hushed tones while trying to complete the transaction), the sales rep added an additional letter to the front of my actual email address to create my account, making it unmanageable, wasting hours of my time with support.
