God forbid they make you any promises to resolve your issue on the phone, because if they tell you to go back to the store, they'd rather call the cops than keep a promise. Like, literally said they'd press charges for trespassing if I refused to leave without them keeping their promises. They are literally stealing from people, but making it take longer so they can get away with it by letting us believe we are paying customers when in reality we are just money machines for them and if we catch on to what's going on then they threaten to make you go away if don't go away on your own and just let them get away with keeping your money. The $11.99 Monthly Mobile Protection Pack was added to my bill without my permission. Finally, the sauce for the goose... The rep could not create my id in the system (email address) because as I came to find out was because it was in use on my Direct TV account. To get me out of the store (after an hour of standing there while two "managers" speak in hushed tones while trying to complete the transaction), the sales rep added an additional letter to the front of my actual email address to create my account, making it unmanageable, wasting hours of my time with support.
