This guy is a liar and a fraud. He billed for 200 linear feet of fence, estimated 191 feet in his…read more"drawing" and only put in 178 ft, leaving piles of materiel around and trash bags in BUSHES!!! On top of that, his crew damaged my power to the house. He denies any of this, claiming that the water (we have a well) and electric were messed up when they arrived last Friday morning. I have pictures, video, witnesses, and home inspection reports that clear show/state that there were no electrical or water problems prior to "good ol' Eddie" and his crew. I have his "drawing" of the fence dimensions and the digital measurements that show he lied and FAILED. He did put in a MISS DIGG Ticket, as did I. And he told me something was weird and that he would make some calls. I told him in person the day before they did the fence work that the previous owner said that the gas and electric for the main house came in on the back corner. So he overestimated material needed, even given that he shorted me TWENTY-TWO FEET of fence. He did not put it where I wanted...put the gate on one side about a FOOT from the stair case so nothing can go through that gate save for a person going straight up the stairs. He damaged my power, and maybe my well pump and tried to claim it was already bad. I am going through a lawyer and my insurance (his insurance Bois Insurance, seems only there to protect him, not his customers when he screws up) but this guy needs to be reported. On top of everything else, my wife and I are both dealing with some health things AND I am a disabled Vet...something good ol' Eddie was told in passing...apparently he has no problem screwing over people and stressing out people just to gain a quick buck.

I hired Cournaya's Landscaping in Spring 2022. I purchased (roughly) 60 ton of Yellow (white)…read moreLimestone. When the first load was dumped I questioned the workers as the rock did not appear to be white as I had expected. I was told it was the correct rock and the discoloration was due to it being moist, so they set about spreading it. I received two (2) more truck loads. Upon inspection and comparison to my neighbors Yellow Limestone it was clear I had not received the correct rock. I talked to the supervisor and he now informed me, that yes I am correct this is not the correct rock and he had noticed it while spreading the first load. The driver confirmed it was was not Yellow Limestone prior to dumping his second load. The supervisor instructed him to dump the second load and proceed to get the 3rd (last load). I was told the mistake was because there normal supplier was out of rock so they used a different supplier. I was offered a very modest reduction was nothing more then the regular price of the cheaper rock they installed. I did not accept the discount and just wanted what I had paid for. I wanted and paid for Yellow Limestone so we agreed they would top the rock with the correct material. The Yellow Limestone that was used to top my drive was mostly if not entirely pulverized Yellow Limestone comprised of very small pieces (maybe 1/2") and basically dust and was was topped with less than 1" of the correct stone. Now much of the top layer, being so small has worked it way down so now my drive is a mixture of Gray and Yellow (White) rock. So in short even though they knew it was not the materiel I had paid for or wanted they took it upon themselves to apply it anyway. SO they were more focused on getting the job done, even if it wasn't what I had purchased. I expect the top layer was nothing more then the dust and small particles of what there normal supplier had run out of. I am being presumptuous here as I have no idea where they got the top layer or why is just small parts and dust. I did call but got a response something of the nature of "that is what they loaded". Cournaya's admitted they were responsible for the mistake but to do this day I am still disappointed in the fact I never got what I was paid for nor was an adjustment that might offset the error. I have contacted other companies to see what I can do to get my drive the way I had originally paid Cournaya's and my only option is to have my drive scrapped, the new rock removed and then replaced with what I had paid for.

I called them several times last year each time I was given a new excuse as to why the stumps could not be ground down. This year the stumps were sprouting new branches. I had a portion of the fence removed so they could get their grinder in the yard. Then they tried to say I had to take the entire fence down. I told them that was not a part of the deal when they bid the job they needed to get rid of the stumps regardless. he sent the guy with the grinder back and he proceeded to make a mess of my entire yard I have huge holes all over both sides of my back yard with deep trenches extending six feet beyond the trees taken out They did nothing to level the ground. When I tried to speak with him about the quality of his work he just waved at me and left .They left a huge mess! When the guys came to replace the fence they ran into more stumps on the other side that sound have been removed belonging to the trees they took out. Now I keep getting text messages about service dates when I called back to ask if they were coming back to fill I. The holes and even out the ground they said they would only return for new tree service. I am a 65 year old woman they left me a mess far too big for me to deal with and quite frankly a hazardous an dangerous yard. .
