I had a new exterior door installed by P&N Renovations. The door was for an older house, so it had to be custom ordered since it wasn't a standard size, but they took care of that for me after taking the measurements. When it was install time they showed up on time and knocked out the project in just a few hours which was a lot faster than I thought it would have been since they had to completely remove the old door and frame. The head guy (Pavlin) spoke fluent English and was able to answer any question I could come up with. I do a lot of remodeling work myself but since I had never installed a door and it wasn't a standard size, I hired it out. I can honestly say the guys did a great job. Trim was put up and calked, baseboard installed with the right size nails etc etc. I also noted that they used good materials instead of just the cheapest stuff you can find. When the job was done Pavlin checked and re-checked things. He found a few things that were "not quite perfect" that I couldn't even see after he pointed them out. So he went about tweaking and fixing them until he was happy. They then cleaned everything up and were on their way. Good company and I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again. read more

A friend of mine recommended P&N Renovation. First time they changed my 2 patio doors. I order them at Home Depot - Springfield and 1 day after their arrival P&N picked my doors and were installing them the very same day. Guys were really friendly and professional. Came at the promised time and by the end of the day my new doors were ready to go. They did great job , clean after them and took my 20 years or so old french doors. I didnt have to worry about anything. Their prices were very reasonable . Since i was really happy with their service , second time i ised them was to change my front door. Again they did great job. With my old door i didnt have storm door but when they installed my new one i asked them to put storm door which was done perfectly. They even put my new keyless entry lock !!!! After going through several door replacement companies, all charging 3000$+, P&N came in at 1400$ with the same exact door. The price was certainly good, but I actually was working from home as they went about the work. They took their time, responding to what the door frame needed in the installation process. I used to own a painting and small home repair company: you can tell when someone is proud of their caulking and finishing work. They didn't just hang the door and run away, they kept walking around all the seams and making sure they had finished the job to perfection. Pavlin and his crew replaced two doors in my home: a side door to my garage and my front entry door. Pavlin was very responsive through the whole process from the estimate to the final finishing. The crew came when promised and cleaned up everything when they left. I was very particular about picking my new door and wanted an Arts and Crafts style with art glass. Pavlin and his company replaced our 3 very large front windows. He provided us with an accurate eta and was very communicative and easy to work with. When it came time to install the new windows, they were quick and efficient and all in all great to work with (especially with our two hyper dogs around). To my husband and I, it looked like a big job due to our very old windows and not the best trim work around it, however to them it was easy and everything looks way better than before.
