Projects can be challenging and ours had a couple of bumps in the road, but here's what made the project work. Phil was our "boots on the ground" liaison providing the key contact (text, phone and face-to-face when needed) to communicate our specs and needs and shepherd it through the Murphy process. When it came to back-office support, Jennifer was the friendly, empathetic and capable soul that was there for us when needed it. Credit to Ryan as he leads Phil, Jennifer and the entire Murphy's team herding the cats to get the job done, and that what has earned this positive rating - and with a career in customer care, good ratings don't come easy from me - I'm not an easy A.

Terrible service. I purposely went to 84 lumber in Cape May Court House instead of the big box…read morestores to support local smaller businesses. I wanted to order 3 custom exterior doors. First guy I dealt with seemed great, took my order dimensions, found a vendor who would make the custom doors and called me within a few days. When I went into 84 lumber to place the order he had left the company and didn't leave any record of what I wanted to order. I went through the order again with a new guy (Glen) who copied the specs for the doors I wanted and said he'd have to do research and would call me. After a week of waiting, I called and asked for Glen. A co-worker who answered went to look for him and 30 seconds later returned and said Glen was having his lunch and would call me when he's done. Of course a week later, I'm still waiting for Glen to call. Come on guys, really? This order would have been at least $3000 but you just couldn't be bothered. I would have at respected you if you just told me you weren't interested in my business. The lumber company down the road was happy to order my doors and couldn't be more professional. Can't possibly do business with them after that. Just another lazy Cape Maybe.
