I've since been told by real contractors that it's the first sign to move on and look for someone else. They took 4 months to do a job that would take 2 weeks for a real contractor and still never finished. I finally fired them after the last of many no call no shows. When i finally called to see why he wasn't here his answer was" it slipped my mind". Now its off to small claims court.

The finished addition blends seamlessly with the rest of the house, looking more like part of the original structure than an addition. Every aspect of the build reflects Scafisi's dedication to fine craftsmanship. Thanks to both Joe Sr. and Joe Jr., and to all their crews for a great job. I highly recommend Scafisi Builders for their superior workmanship, dedication, honesty and fair pricing.

My wife and I hired G. Sieri builders in the summer of 2022 to renovate our kitchen. We were…read moreworking with limited space, as we were unable to expand beyond our existing footprint. Joe and his team did a great job suggesting design tweaks to our original ideas. The end result was a kitchen that I still think of as "new," and love cooking in every day. This spring we hired G. Sieri again to do a remodel of our bathroom: ripped out the tub to add a walk-in shower, redo cracked drywall from when we lifted our house eight years ago, and add some lights. Again, we were working with a small footprint and Joe was able to help us plan our design. At every stage of both of our remodel jobs Joe and his crew were available, responsive, and dependable. Pricing for both jobs was fair. When we have need of another remodel in the future G. Sieri Builders will be the first company we call.

He then stated he then half scraped the window sills, said the problem was the outside of the window not inside and did a horrible job. It looked so bad I asked him to just take it down. Paid him his money and wanted him out of my house. It seems everyone claims to be a contractor now, post COVID
