After they got it to a point that I was able to use water they diagnosed the pump failure and pulled the pump. They then verified it out to double check it was not a control or float issue, pumps are expensive and they ensured it was indeed the issue before replacing it. Once that was completed they isolated the failed float and replaced it to ensure if there is an issue in the future it will alarm and prevent the backup. 100% will use them again and refer them to anyone looking. They are an honest and fair family-owned buisness, exactly who i would want tobsupport!

That project involved extensive fill to create a pad for placing the building, as well about a dozen loads of rock and gravel to restore 300+ feet of driveway--plus extensive tree trimming to clear the way for the upcoming delivery. John's skills with his bulldozer are masterful, and the finished work is inspiring. I had been laid off in the spring due to no fault of my own and was out of work for 4 months. I was slated to start my new job in a few weeks and was leaving for a preplanned trip in 4 days... I found Earthwork Solutions through Angie's List and am so so grateful I did. He didn't charge me to come out same day and take a look at our situation. He was realistic and patient with us as our knowledge of septic systems was very much lacking. I explained we were feeling financially strained due to the job loss and I was worried about repairs happening when I wouldn't be home. He was very understanding and keep us in the loop during the repairs. Pavel and his team went above and beyond for us. There is a large shed, built by a previous homeowner, where it absolutely shouldn't be and instead of forcing us to pay even more to demo it/move it his team literally dug underneath it, saving us hundreds of dollars if not more. The crews were kind to us and didn't mind that our young children were always curious and wanted to see what they were doing. They cleaned up afterwards and were very clearly committed to doing a great job as quickly and non-invasively as possible.
