The rim had frosting in order to hold the cookies pieces in place. I found the milkshake to be alright 3/5. It was pricey ($18) and honestly not worth the price, that being said, it's a speciality dessert so I see how they can get away with it. They do a few cheaper selections for more basic shakes. Unless you have a mega sweet tooth, I recommend sharing a shake with someone as I found one was too much. The shakes are quite exquisite and don't pack up well. I managed to take the rest of mine home but that was after spending 5 mins cleaning the bottle on the outside so that I could carry it out. They also provide lids if you wanted to take them home.

The customer service here when I went was very good and it made the experience much more enjoyable. The juice is pricey at $8 a bottle which is what's holding me back from coming again.
