The views are great. Communication prior to arrival was also very, very good. I did not stay during pool season. I'll start with the pros. - great location and views - Excellent communication - large houses, well laid out - fitness room is awesome (yes, something is broken) - the pool looked fantastic - laundry detergent is supplied - large ice machine on property - zoned HVAC Cons: - like all cheap builds, things deteriorate quickly - arcade was pretty used and abused - quirks in the house: sliding screen doors don't easily open/close, about 100 ladybugs in the bedrooms that KEPT COMING IN, also a steady steam of ants, fan remotes only kinda worked, missing battery covers, lamp light switches falling off, two flashlights neither of which worked, fridge ice machine doesn't work, furniture is squeaky, chipped, stained, booster seat available but was gross - I vacuum 50 ladybugs and 3 min later, there's 20 more. I woke up to one on my face. It was an onslaught of ladybugs and ants in the primary bedroom. Ugh. - playground looked better in photos - kitchen has a Keurig but it wasn't mentioned to bring pods - check in is strict (not one minute earlier than 5, even if the place has been empty), golf cart key delivery is also strict (hard if a young kid is staring at a golf cart out front counting down til x AM, just leave a key if it's already there?) The bug thing may have done me in on this one. I spent so much time cleaning up ladybugs and ants, it kinda ruined it.

The cabins are well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and were in it everyday. We are happy we choose a resort with a nice, clean pool. Our 13 and 11 yr old sons said they were HAPPY to give up electronics to go out on the boat, which was a BIG win! They had all the extras we forgot such as a lighter for the grill and a wine opener. The cabins are currently about 50 yards from the water so the walk down and back up was no problem. We rented their pontoon boat and had a great couple of days out on the water catching fish, swimming, tubing, and enjoying the view! You cannot go wrong here as you will feel right at home! Definitely going to make this an annual family trip!

The condo was straight from the 80s with popcorn ceilings, wooden trim, yellowing formica laminate countertops and yellowing appliances to match. The bathroom had broken and loose floor tiles. The worst part was the spider in the toilet, mold around the jets in the bathtub and stains on the bedding! And if that wasn't enough, the bed was absolutely PAINFUL!
