Stay here!!! This place is amazing. Very private and beautiful setting. We are here the week of Labor Day and mostly have the area to ourselves. It has been a wonderful vacation.

Chlorinated pool with kiddie area and a hot tub. Lots of seating!

My fiance and I drove all the way from NJ to this resort. We got in a bit late and missed checking in at the front counter but they have a system set up for this situation. We were able to quickly get into our condo and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful unit. Waiting for us was a bowl of snacks which made us feel so welcome after the long drive. We had a full kitchen, living room, balcony, fire place, large bathroom with a giant 2 person whirl pool tub, 2 sinks and a shower stall. There was a small washer/dryer and a decent sized bedroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The resort itself is beautifully maintained but a little confusing. There are different areas for check in if you booked thru the resort vs booking thru RCI/time share. There are private homes and a golf club on the property as well as a restaurant which are accessable to guests. The resort offers 3 pools, 2 of which are salt water. The non-salt water pool has waterfalls, a hot tub, lots of seating options and a large splash area for children. One of the salt water pools we visited had a sand area with a playground for children. There is a catch/release lake and a pretty walking trail around a large pond. The resort is a gated community so only guests, residents and members can access the areas. The whole experience left me little to complain about. To nitpick I do have the following to note: wifi isn't great and we had trouble streaming movies/TV from our Amazon Firestick, there were only 3 bath towels for what could hold up to 4 guests and the non-salt salt water pool was icy cold. Overall this was one of the nicest RCI resorts we have experienced!

We come to Branson every year to see family from out of town. This resort is by far our favorite place to stay. There is plenty of room for our large family. We never feel crowded. The best part is the screened in back porch. We spend most of our time talking and catching up while also getting to enjoy the nature around us. There's also a public playground and pool for the kiddos to play in. We love this place and will be back next year!

    TV

Stayed in a lakeside cabin. Very clean and well maintained. Only complaint is there were old TV's . 32" tube tv if you can believe that. Stayed in 68A . I know it's vacation and tv isn't all that important to most but I stay up late usual and it really was disappointing to watch a tube

I was hoping that by staying at a resort it would have been nicer than a hotel. Wrong wrong wrong at least in the case of StoneBridge in West Branson Mo. Dirty linens, stained carpet a jacuzzi tub that didn't work and a safety net on the balcony that was ripped. I wish the management was more helpful but they didn't care at all. The manager sent a housekeeper to change the linens and that was it. Worst customer service ever.

How do I have an Amazon Package delivered to my Airbnb inside this neighborhood?

I would ask the front desk. Or have the package left at the front desk. Unless you can meet them at the gate. Put that in the delivery instructions. We stayed there in June we just loved the resort

I'm a longtime Marriott loyalist, but this stay at the Marriott Vacation Club in Branson, Missouri,…read morewas one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with the brand. Short Version: If you are staying for a short time period avoid the "timeshare treatment" and fees. The housekeeping and room size won't make it an enjoyable experience. Book a true hotel that can help make your stay comfortable. I booked a smaller room directly through the Marriott website for a 3-night stay. Knowing the room type, I specifically called ahead to confirm we would receive daily housekeeping. The representative assured me we would get what they called a "daily tidy" service. After the first day, we returned to an untouched room. When I called the front desk on July 17, 2026, I was told they only offer every-other-day service and that the "daily tidy" description was "misleading" (their words). They clarified it was simply a limited clean every other day. At that point, it was too late to change anything, so we made do. The next day we returned around 3pm hoping to nap and shower before evening plans. The room was exactly as we had left it. At the front desk, staff explained they have until 4pm to service rooms and prioritize checkouts over stayovers. While I understand operational realities, I was surprised and frustrated that nothing had been done by mid-afternoon. The same associate I had spoken with the day before rolled her eyes at me, which only added to the poor experience. No one seemed to view this as an issue worth addressing. I asked if they could at least bring fresh towels to the door so we wouldn't have to vacate the room. Shortly after returning, we received multiple phone calls from the front desk and a housekeeper knocking--disrupting our attempt to rest. When the housekeeper arrived, she only had one towel initially. She later returned with towels but no hand towels or washcloths. By then it was too late for any meaningful tidy. The room also had a persistent musty smell, likely made worse by damp bath and beach towels hanging to dry. As non-timeshare guests, we expected standard Marriott service levels rather than reduced attention. We didn't stay long enough to use laundry facilities or most amenities, but the pools appeared well-maintained and the game room was clean. Unfortunately, those positives couldn't make up for the core failures in housekeeping and guest service. Over the past few years I've been shifting more toward Hilton properties, which have felt more dependable and consistent. Every time I give Marriott another chance, I end up disappointed. This was the lowest-bar experience I've had in a while: I simply wanted basic daily tidying and towel service so the room wouldn't smell musty. Even my younger children, who don't travel with us often and loved the big pool, thought the overall stay was disappointing. I waited for a manager follow-up or even a simple morning check-in from the front desk, but nothing happened. It seemed the 4pm deadline was all that mattered. I hope Marriott Vacation Club reviews these processes. Housekeeping communication and service standards need clear improvement to match the brand's reputation.

The cabins are well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and were in it everyday. We are happy we choose a resort with a nice, clean pool. Our 13 and 11 yr old sons said they were HAPPY to give up electronics to go out on the boat, which was a BIG win! They had all the extras we forgot such as a lighter for the grill and a wine opener. The cabins are currently about 50 yards from the water so the walk down and back up was no problem. We rented their pontoon boat and had a great couple of days out on the water catching fish, swimming, tubing, and enjoying the view! You cannot go wrong here as you will feel right at home!
