For the most part, we loved this place. We stayed in lower level #7. We chose this because it had a nice view and was close to the pool. Pros: 1. Very spacious, plenty of room for 4 of us 2. Washer and dryer were huge, loved that. I didn't think I would like doing laundry on vacation, but I didn't mind and it came in handy to wash towels and bathing suits daily 3. Nice room sizes (except one) 4. Bathrooms were nice 5. Kitchen was nice, had everything we needed. We only cooked dinner there once though, so I'm not sure if anything essential was missing to cook more. 5. Pool area was very nice. If you have little kids, they'd love spending all day out there. 3 pools, water fall area, lazy river, splash pad, one slide, 3 hot tubs. Cons: 1. There were no blinds or curtains on the huge back windows. That's fine during the day I guess, but sitting in a lit room at night was not fun. Anyone could see in. I didn't like that at all. 2. We had to buy toilet paper, there was only 3 rolls provided for 5 days. And no tissues or paper towels. 3. For the most part it was clean. But walking on the floors, and then looking at your bare feet, there was dirt. Someone's underwear was left next to the washing machine, and my husband found some items underneath the dressers. Cobwebs everywhere. It feels like just a light clean was done between guests, not a deep clean. Not worth the money it cost. 4. The 3rd bedroom was basically a closet. Room for bunk beds and that's it. No TV, no dresser, no closet. 5. All of the hot tubs were a lukewarm temperature. And the jets didn't work on the 2 outdoor ones. I did email the owner about that thinking she might not have known, but honestly that is something that should be checked daily. Also the hot tub turned our fingernails and toenails blue/ green. I have no idea what was it that water, but that's never happened in my entire life. 6. The pool water was freezing. That probably wouldn't bother kids too much, but as an adult it would be nice for the water to be at least 75-78ish. 7. There were only 6 towels provided for 4 guests, I just think that maybe 2-3 per guest would be better. 8. Very very minimal dish soap. If we had cooked breakfast lunch and dinner daily, we would've ran out on day 2. 9. Laundry Detergent pods were provided, but those were scented so we had to buy our own. 10. The water temp in the showers could've been better. It got hot, but not as hot as I would like. Also the water left a white film on all of our bodies. My daughter felt like she couldn't get clean all week, her hair felt like straw. This could be a problem in the whole town though, I don't know what kind of water we were washing with. 11. Our grill did not work 12. We only had people staying above us for 2 out of 5 nights. And thank God for that because the insulation was awful, and it was so loud. 13. Beds and pillows were too stiff. I realize I have more cons than pros, but we really did enjoy this place, better than a hotel. I would stay here again. I just think that with the price it cost, everything should be included. I shouldn't have to purchase toilet paper and dish soap and paper towels, unless we used an excessive amount. Which we didn't. read more

This place is still in the making so I'll definitely revisit once construction is completed on the grounds. I'll give it a pros and cons list and put details below. Pros -Beautiful views -easy check in -Easy check out -lots of bedrooms and beds -two was her/dryer units -two kitchens -comfy beds -quick response on issues Cons -Parking -huge cleaning fees -lack of bathrooms -needs window treatments on lake side The subdivision was fairly easy to find. We stayed in house #15. Upon pulling up, there was another group unloading their belongings into their house. They had four vehicles I their group and were parked almost directly in front of our house rental, leaving us only two parking spots. Perhaps marked parking spots would fix this issue. The interior is beautiful. Seems like they've used nicer finishes. Several of our guests mentioned that the decor fits what you would see on a HGTV channel. Really nice. Layout is nice. It's great to have two bedrooms with on-suites on the main level. A HUGE disadvantage to this place is the lack of bathrooms though. My husband actually said he'd prefer not to stay here again for that simple reason. The biggest disappointment was not having a bathroom on the top level bedroom. It's a huge bedroom with several beds and a massive walk-in closet but no toilet. No one in our group wanted that room for that reason. Cleanliness was meh. If you're going to charge a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee for all units no matter the condition, I'd expect it to be spotless. This place isn't motel-6 dirty, it's more neglected like a home that has sat vacant. Every ceiling fan in every bedroom had a 1/2 inch of dust caked on the edge of the fan blades. We wouldn't have noticed if we had not turned off a few of the fans. It was pretty gross. I'm guessing they just leave them spinning all of the time and maybe that's why housekeeping doesn't see them. There were cobwebs in every corner of this place. Lift any window treatment and there was a mass of webs, look in just about every corner of every bedroom, there were more webs. In the main living room, there were webs on almost every window and you could see webs draped from the chandeliers. My brother in law does construction and he said it almost looks like the place sat vacant for a while and instead of doing a full cleaning, they just started renting it out. In one of the downstairs bathrooms, there was an obvious faded black handprint above one of the toilets. There were musty towels that housekeeping left in the main level washing machine. I could probably go on but you get the picture. We found left over socks and other items under furniture and in drawers. Perhaps they just need a new housekeeping company that is more thorough. The clubhouse is beautiful. Because it was wintertime, we only had access to the indoor pool but it was perfect! My kids didn't want to leave. I loved the accommodations. I don't know the owner of this rental but kudos for quick response time. We had issues with a downstairs shower not heating up and contacted the owner. Within 10 min, we had a response from her and it was fixed within the hour. That's the fastest I've ever had on a rental. HUGE perk to know that they're attentive. This place NEEDS window treatments on the main level. The sun comes directly in the living room/kitchen areas to the point where you can't escape it. Like, BLINDING sunlight. Watching tv, eating, cooking, etc. you're blinded and there's no escape. Honestly we had fun but for the price, this place could use some touches. read more

What a beautiful place to come with the family. Located on the shore of Table Rock Lake these cabins are new , spacious and well appointed. My wife and 4 boys loved our stay. Peaceful and lots of lake side recreation to do. Being a tech person I loved the super fast internet and all of the beautiful amenities that came with our unit. Being a family of 6 we had a ton of space and in this 3 bedroom lots of beds and showers. Look forward to seeing the pool and club house completed this summer The owners are very inviting and they communicate and keep you informed We love it here read more

Amazing resort! The condos are beautiful and well equipped. We had a three bedroom on the lower level by the pool. It was clean, had everything we needed, including trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, bbq grill, washer and dryer,and bath towels. The pool area was awesome and so much fun. We lived in the lazy river most of our stay. They also have three pools, one indoor and two outdoor. A water slide, a splash pad and three hot tubs! It's beautifully landscaped with rocks and plants. The boat dock is easy to get to and well maintained. The only complaint is there isn't much insulation between floors so we could hear a lot of noise from the people above us. Other that that this resort is wonderful and we will be back again! read more

The place was nicely decorated. Bathrooms a real issue. None at all on the second floor. Only a half bath for public on main level. Lack of window treatment on side window was ridiculous. You literally were watching and being watched every moment by the neighbors Very uncomfortable. Parking was also an issue. Neighbors took ours part of the time. Construction was nasty. Memorial Day they worked early to late. Noisy. Dirty. Roads all torn up. Overall the price is over what I'd be willing to pay again. Don't think we'll be back. Too many other nice places. read more

The Branson property is beautiful with a lake view and lovely pool. However, there is very poor insulation between the floors. A family moved into the the space above us, and we heard every step, chairs being moved out from the table, the family singing happy birthday, the TV and etc. There was essentially constant pounding, running and footsteps during waking hours. We contacted the facility management and were told that we couldn't do anything unless it happened after 10:30pm - essentially, there was complete lack of interest in our stay. We would not recommend staying on the ground floor, and do not plan to stay here again. read more

Unfortunately, they hadn't really gotten everything in working order by the time that we arrived. On the positive side the management team was exceptional and thanks to them, our stay was truly enjoyable. Eric and Christina were so eager to please and did everything in their power to remedy any and all issues. It was impossible to be upset that the resort still had problems to iron out. I can honestly say that I would have probably given the resort three stars due to the considerable construction issues (the resort and location were beautiful and it will be amazing when finished) and five plus for Christina and Eric. read more

We got to The Antlers with 16 families from all over the United States. Kristina, Eric and Kate, went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. We could call them anytime of day and they were there within minutes. The facilities are just being built and I can hardly wait until Thanksgiving, when we plan on coming back. The views and the "cabins" (they are much nicer than my home) are beautiful. They have a goldmine. It takes minutes to be on the water or into town.
