The website said there was complimentary breakfast, and upon our arrival we found it did not have breakfast. Second, the owner greeted us with profanity and very much obviously under the influence of some kind. Next, while we were swimming the owner brought his dog into the swimming pool area and left it while telling us to keep an eye on it. The dog proceeded to pee on our child's shoes and jump onto the chairs with us. When we reported the dog to the owner, he acted like he didn't know what dog we were talking about. He put the dog up and came back to start arguing with our 13 and 10 year old continuing the profanity. This might be a good hotel for adults, but definitely not family friendly. The beds were similar to a couch pull out mattress, loud and extremely uncomfortable. The coffee maker did not work in one of the rooms as well. We feel like due to false advertisement on breakfast availability, the owner should have credited the cost of breakfast for the two mornings we had to go purchase it somewhere at the very least.

We love the feel and personal attention given. The highlight is the morning Breakfast! Served in a dinning room attached, sharply at 9. Every room is assigned a separate table. Greeted with fresh coffee, juice and water. Will be Served unique meals, quiche, French toast, muffins, bacon, sausage. Breads, fruits, or a Hashbrown casserole. Everything served is so good. As you eat you will enjoy visiting or watching the squirrels and birds. During summer Hummingbirds visit the feeders hung on the patio. Afternoons you will find treats and drinks to enjoy on the patio while relaxing at the outdoor area. Book ahead for a charming stay. We have been coming here for years. Owners are great!

The nature and privacy was perfect though! Very clean and Bonny was SUPER accommodating when we asked to come a day early! The jacuzzi tub was great but the views from the tub and separate shower were amazing! Perfect distance from downtown Eureka Springs. We did some side by side riding while there and Bonny was so helpful in finding us places to go ride! All in all def 5 rating!

HARTS on 62 is a good place to get groceries). Bonny seems like the sweetest gal; cottage is stocked with relaxing CDs and great Christian literature. We suggest bringing some bath salts, candles, food and DVDs.

After seeing some of the other places to stay in Eureka Springs, I am so glad I booked this. Being out of town and away from the noise is a HUGE plus for staying here. Perfect for couples who want to be alone and stay in comfort! The owners are friendly, knowledgeable about the area, available if you need anything but are behind the scenes and not noticeable. This is the only place I would suggest staying after seeing the other options in town!

Not the fault if the resort however, the construction right next to the condo took away from the ambiance, especially early in the morning when you woke to power tools, trucks and workers. The kids had the freedom to run and play and there were plenty of options for the adults to visit. As we all know, everyone needs a little time to be alone on a family weekend and there was room for that as well. The lake was not usable when we were there, I don't know if that's changed. The geese were very comfortable around people but did not prevent us from enjoying the outdoor areas. If you don't want to be in town but wish to be close to town or if you like more space than a hotel room offers, this would be a good option. The cabins are decorated nicely but no one will be afraid to sit on a chair or use a table. Staying here made it easy to enjoy our weekend and our family.

I personally want to mention Blaine in the office and Logan who are awesome and do a great job accommodating visitors.
