Highly recommended! If you need a physical therapist, ask for Chris. She has a lot of experience…read moreworking in PT and she is a wonderful, caring therapist. She patiently explains everything she is going to do from the ultrasound treatments on the injured area to massage and the ice and (electrical) stimulation. She also increases the intensity and difficulty of the exercises as she sees improvement. I haven't worked with Ray but he seems to enjoy what he does as well. The staff here are so friendly! I have worked with all the assistants (Kyle, Katie, Shawn), and all of them are very sociable and genuinely care about your PT. They really make the place a welcoming environment and take the time to get to know their clients. They are located on the 3rd level of the building, so it is easier to find the building if you look for Palm West Escrow, which has visible signage from PCH. You can turn right into the parking lot heading south from PCH, or you can turn right into the lot if you are heading west on Artesia, just past PCH. Smaller than some other PT centers I have seen, but they seem to have all the equipment you need for therapy and I truly believe the personalized care goes a long way.

OK. First of all, this is truly the BEST PT place I have ever been to (and I have been to a few!)…read more Martin Schneckenberger, the Director, is just beyond. His portfolio of patients he has cared for is astonishing from professional athletes to Cirque de Soleil performers (yes, I am "name dropping.." but just to emphasize this guy has EXPERIENCE)!! I had both knee replacements done with Dr. Klapper at Cedar Sinai Hospital in L.A. and he directed me to him stating "He is by far the best PT guy I have ever known. My favorite." But it isn't just his vast knowledge and experience that makes his place great. The energy he brings as Director is just superb. It is a cheerful, immaculate, high energy family with a staff truly dedicated to helping people with a vast array of physical issues. From young athletes to my favorite (though intimidates me) 82 year old who had hip replacement and is a little fireball, everyone is treated with respect, support and enthusiasm. Martin also succeeds at listening politely (despite my being long winded at times and a bit whiney...) by steering you back on the right course with enthusiasm and hope. The place is state of the art. Don't let the smaller space throw you as there is not one piece of equipment missing that might help you recover from what ails you. His wife, Mabel, as Clinic Coordinator, is both charming and also very supportive and consistently cheerful. The effort put into also making it a fun expierence by decorating and having it so clean, has spilled into their setting up Halloween for Martin to be Shrek and Mabel to be Fiona. lol. Do yourself (or anyone else you know who needs help) a favor and go here first. I guarantee you won't try another. (I even went to a PT place years ago where the woman I saw was chosen to be one of the PT for the US Gymnastics Team in the China Olympics...this is soooo much better!). Thank you staff!!!

What stands out most is the individualized approach to care. I work in the health and wellness field myself, so I really value providers who take the time to educate patients, explain the "why" behind treatment, and focus on long-term prevention instead of quick fixes. I never felt like I was getting a one-size-fits-all plan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful, customized rehab care.

I've had a really great experience working with Dr. Isaac Auyeung at Renew Sports Rehab…read more I came in dealing with an issue (right knee) that was affecting my day-to-day movement, and he immediately made things feel simple and manageable. He actually takes the time to listen, ask good questions, and figure out what's really going on instead of just rushing into treatment. What I appreciated most is that nothing felt generic. Every session had a clear purpose, and I always left with something practical I could do on my own. He explains things in a way that makes sense (no confusing jargon), and you can tell he really knows his stuff without needing to make it complicated. The mix of hands-on work and exercises helped me start noticing real improvement sooner than I expected. Overall, just a solid, trustworthy place if you're trying to recover or move better without guessing your way through it.
