This is a specialist books and music outlet, although it carries some fair trade items. The volunteers are enthusiastic about the stuff they sell. The range is ever-varied, of course, but you frequently come across limited editions, first editions and other collectors items that are hard to get hold of. For the most part prices are fairly reasonable, fairly expensive for a charity shop, but this is more of a traditional secondhand book shop that just happens to give all of its profits to charity. Occasionally the prices are pie in the sky, with the price you would expect to pay for a mint example being placed on a tatty, poor example. On the other hand, I have on occasion had to point out that they should be asking far more for certain rare books.
