The abaya was a low quality and the colour was not even nice. The size was too big as-well so it made no sense to why I would steal such an ugly abaya. The other worker was understanding but the lady with the crooked eyeliner was so rude. It's ironic really because that very same day I bought around £100 worth of product. We had just come back from a 7 hour drive and we were exhausted and that lady treating me as if I was a thief really triggered me. She started yelling at me saying to come in store and return it even though she knew I did not live locally and when we realised we were on the motorway. She said that we can't be trusted to post the items because we could potentially be thieves. I'm the one who called to let them know about the bag yet she was screaming at me like she called me. To conclude, please give her staff training as she is clearly lacking in her customer service skills. Even better, fire her!

I was gifted a Ben Harad dress from my friend, however it did not fit. I took it back and they told…read moreme they do not do refunds. Instead i was given a gift receipt and was told that I can use the voucher whenever i wanted and that it would not expire. As most of their clothes are occasion wear, i have not needed to buy from them for some time. When i did return to make a purchase, the women there were extremely dismissive of my gift receipt, saying they didnt know of the person who signed my gift receipt. This was NOT brought to my attention when returning my dress, and there was NO expiry date on the receipt either. The women were extremely rude and did care that i had lost out on money from my previously bought dress, and neither did they offer anything out of good will for this inconvenience. They alsp kept muttering amongst each other in another language whilst I was trying to explain myself. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My friend was getting married, so she decided she wanted to have an Indian theme to her wedding…read morebecause of her husband's cultural background. There was only one place she wanted to purchase her accessories, and this place was Poze Accessories. It's well known for stocking quality items which can be used to accessorise any outfit. They have a large range of accessories, from shoes, to Jewellery items, bags and more. They normally have a lovely sales corner near the front but guess what my friend didn't want to visit this section. She headed straight for the more expensive items such as their shoes and jewellery; in the end she ended up spending a hundred pounds in the store on a couple of shoes and Jewellery pieces. The staff in the store are excellent, they are very helpful and they make sure you leave feeling well looked after. I haven't returned back to the store since I went in there with my friend but I do think that it's a great store to visit.

Poze specialise in Asian shoes and bags, although their designs are very contemporary and versatile…read moreso can be worn with just about any outfit. The shoe displays are divided into colour schemes, which is very convenient if you know what you're looking for. They have shoes from flats to ridiculously high platforms, so they've covered just about everyone's preference. As you walk in there is a sales-rack with shoes priced from as little as £10, which are hard to resist at that bargain! Further towards the back are bags. Most of them are clutch-bag designs and start from around £18. A lot of the designs are unique, which I haven't come across at other similar boutiques. The customer service is good. The staff tends not to engage in conversation although they will respond to any of your queries. The prices are average for the area and the quality of shoes is good.
