I visited Primark Birmingham, service was excellent staff helpful. Due to customer being taken ill we were directed to other side of pay area. this was done efficiently by first aider. Jayne served me, very polite and helpful, even though I mis-layed my card and had to find it. I was so impressed with the whole experience I spoke to Sharon, saying how enjoyable my shopping had been. Thanks Primark, Birmingham. Clothing is reasonably priced, washes well and caters to all tastes. I always enjoy stopping by a Primark when I feel like finding something fun to wear. Especially for a special event like Christmas Sweaters and Summer Festivals. Primark offers a wide range of clothing and accessories for every age; male and female! This location is really good with numerous floors of hidden gems. There are also cash tills all over the store, so if one queue is super long, just head to another level and find one that isn't. The customer service here is either really great or good. But I've never experienced anyone who didn't care about me or was rude. There are no toilets, but the Starbucks across the way might let you use theirs. Some hidden seating for The Spouse... but best to go alone or have them meet you towards the end of your shop. I tend to get carried away with all the cheap and discount deals and could be there for hours! read more

Bad place to buy clothes from, staff are half arsed about folding neatly and looking after stock because the staff are treated so badly. I worked in the Coventry store one Christmas and I'm so glad I was just a temp, they don't treat staff with respect or with any sort of fairness which makes it a miserable place to work. Primark is a new development that has been open for about a year now and seems to be doing very well for itself. Primark sells loads of clothes shoes and bags in every colour shapes size and design. They have so much stock its quite overwhelming. With numerous floors and tons of stock on each its easy to see why so many people buy from here. The price tags are so low that you can literally buy 3-4 outfits for £50. A great addition to the city! Christmas time results in the store being mobbed by hundreds of customers. read more

A great addition to the Coventry shopping experience. I do love this shop. I love the way they look around see the trends and the materials in vogue then make them cheaper. Good news for me with a teenage daughter and a dwindling bank balance. This store has come on in leaps and bounds since its formative years in Ireland as Pennys. It also less and less resembles a jumble sale production line as the staff get better versed in service. I love the rapid change over of stock. The wares are displayed on three floors with escalator access to all areas. At the rear of the ground floor near the tills to the right there is an area that does still resemble a jumble sale where the reduced stock is placed but a bargains a bargain. The homewares on the third floor are not extensive but are definitely worth a look as often the bedspreads especially do resemble other more pricier makes. read more

Located at the top of town where Owen Owens used to be. A great place to buy clothes without breaking the bank. Primark has 3 floors and has lots of great bargains. Not only that but there is a lot of choice available. Mens/womens/childrens/shoes/bags. And lots of checkouts on each floor to reduce queing times. This is a great store to buy good stuff with out the high street price tags. A great shop to go to. Primark is cheap. They sell cheap clothes and homewares. They do huges range from kids clothes to ladies wear, mens wear, foot wear and home wares. You can always find something in here. It is cheap clothing and does not always mean you get the best fit or quality or sizing of clothes. However depending on what you are after this in great. It is a great way to find things for a night out thatyou will rarely wear and also for work wear. They also have a lot of seasonal wear so swimstuff in the summer. The underwear range is very extensive and you can find something to suit every occasion. The shop is in the centre of town and is a large shop with 3 floors of merchandise. There are not often big queues and they have lots of staff to put out clothes and serve on tills. read more

Primark is the new store in town and is here to set an example of how to sell thousands of products at ridiculously low prices. Which works great for me and everyone else who has been in there! Primark sells everything you could possible ever need for your wardrobe. From undies to top coats, pyjamas and shoes, bags, socks, hats and jewellry. Spread over three floors primark succeeds at bringing in the punters. There are loads of tills to reduc your wait times too. The problem is that the store can look a shambles as clothes etc end up being strewn everywhere. But i think that is the only problems. Primark Coventry is a huge store located in the former Alders Department Store building in the Centre of town. Its over three floors and stocks pretty much the full range of Primark womens clothes including swimwear, shoes, underwear and full accessories department, homewares with great value for money towels and bedding, a childrens deparment with clothes from newborn right through to teenager. The menswear deparment is great for value for money formal wear their shirts are all easy care too! It's very cheap so its always heaving. I suggest those who are faint hearted beware! Its like the first day of the Next sales every day! Beware too that the customer service desk only take returns, don't queue there if all you want to do is purchase! read more

Better than all the other primarks i have visited, seems to be a lot less cluttered and alot tidier than others. Does got extremely busy and at times q's for tills are ridiculous but its hard to complain when goods are so cheap. Never find the quality very good though and find any knitwear especially is ruined after a few wears. Ideal for bargain hunters though but would stay well clear in saturday! read more

I have to say, I have a soft spot for Primark. The one in Coventry is over 3 floors and isn't as packed out as most stores I've been in are so it's easy to find what you're looking for. I love all the bargains you can get, and good quality clothes too. You can buy clothes for every occasion, dresses, shoes, underwear, childrens clothes and menswear, so it's a great store to go in if you are looking for some bargains! love this primark, it is huge for starters and in a great location, everything is laid out really good, and the racks are always stocked full to the brim so you will always get the size you need. much better organized than the Birmingham branch for sure, not as cluttered or messy, could easily go in here and blow my bank balance. can't really say much about the staff, there is never really much interaction with them, except when you pay and even then you're so excited about the mountain of purchases that have come to 30quid that there isn't really much to say. the customer service section is always really good though and has a lot of staff on. read more

I don't particularly like shopping in Primark, it is too much like a jumble sale, but I did find some cushions at a great price which were just the right colour. I would look in the homeware section if I wanted a cheap uplift for the house. (I have yet to wash the cushions to see how they wear) read more

It depends on when you go whether this is good or not, I wouldn't recommend going on a Saturday (especially with a pushchair), as there are clothes on the floor everywhere and not enough staff to cover the tills let alone clear up after the hordes of people. It does stock a wide range and supposedly has sized from 6 to 20, however when I've looked for sizes 16 and above they don't have many (if any), it's usually sizes 8-12 You can get quite decent tops for as little as £2 and there's a fitting room where you can take up to 6 items to try on. There's 3 floors, the ground floor is ladies, 2nd floor is mens and 3rd floor is kids and homewares. Normally the tills on the second floor are the least busy. There is a large range of girls clothes on the 3rd floor, but boys clothes are harder to find especially Newborn to 1 year old and you can get packs of girls vests and babygrows, but you can't get packs of boys one. read more
