Newer stock is obviously priced accordingly but they do have some sale items and older stock gets reduced. If you go in when tis is happening you will will probably find a great bargain. They sell many known brands such as Rocket dog, Firetrap and Replay. The staff are friendly and do help you out as much as possible. Great location too as its in west orchards just as you get off the escalator. Raid usually always ahs people in it. It has extensive standard ranges as well as petitie, plus sizeand maternity ranges. New Look always has a great range of reasonably priced tshirts, jeans as well as more sphisticated going out wares. The tills on the upper floor can be a nightmare at weekends just like elsewhere but the changing rooms are good and roomy. From the upper floor its easy to access the rest of the shopping precint or to go for that well deserved coffee.

Pros: fresh food market hall downstairs, proper cafe upstairs, click and collect, M&S quality products, mens, womens, and children's clothing, and M&S has started their own rewards Sparks card. Located in the mall, so there's a parking garage from the elevators. Cons: quite small, very small feeling in fact, old flooring and lighting, needs a new coat of paint, cafe looks really outdated, poorly laid out, and their clothing selection mostly caters here for the elderly. And the toilets are super old and half of the time are never functioning. I heard that most of Coventry City Center will be knocked down and rebuilt, and I think if this place wants to stand a chance against the new high class shops arriving within the next few years, then corporate better offer a full face lift, expansion, and start catering towards the University Students. All in all, I still shop here weekly and will continue to do so, but I see so much more potential at this M&S!

The other which the other reviewers are referring to is in the Central Six park, close to the town centre just off J6 of the ring road. This store is fab, well lit and spacious, modern and contemporary. The other, in Central 6 isn't quite so good, but still well worth a visit to pick up a bargain. Beware of the returns policy as it changed a few months ago: you now can't return or exchange ANYTHING without a receipt and it has to be within 14 days. They also now charge for carrier bags so take some with you!
