The staff are helpful and friendly and you can actually have a chat to them without feeling like your boring them or vice versa. The prices in the store are very reasonable compared to others. Sometimes you have to pay for what you want to wear and so thats it. You can get stuff cheaper but that is the same as everywhere. So if your looking for something designer or even mens wear with a bit of vavavoom. Then check out Chameleon. Worth your time and money, go check it out you might just find something that takes your fancy, 5 out of 5, Great store.

Pros: fresh food market hall downstairs, proper cafe upstairs, click and collect, M&S quality products, mens, womens, and children's clothing, and M&S has started their own rewards Sparks card. Located in the mall, so there's a parking garage from the elevators. Cons: quite small, very small feeling in fact, old flooring and lighting, needs a new coat of paint, cafe looks really outdated, poorly laid out, and their clothing selection mostly caters here for the elderly. And the toilets are super old and half of the time are never functioning. I heard that most of Coventry City Center will be knocked down and rebuilt, and I think if this place wants to stand a chance against the new high class shops arriving within the next few years, then corporate better offer a full face lift, expansion, and start catering towards the University Students. All in all, I still shop here weekly and will continue to do so, but I see so much more potential at this M&S!

Food can be over priced but you will always get top notch food. They have many makes to choose from as well as unkonwn brands which keep costs down. They have many different colours of suit too in many styles and designs. If you are looking for a suit then this is your best bet to find something individual. They also have a tayloring service too, well it was there last time i went in. The staff are very helpful and can help you in any way you need. The prices of the suits/shirts/ties and everything else is very reasonable, you will find it hard to beat their prices but no doubt you could somewhere if you really wanted to save a few ££'s. Worth going to if you want a new suit or increase your work wear. A very respectable shop which will help you get the right suit for you.
