This individual (who seemed to be about 55 years old... but I would expect his response to come from a teenager) told me that "He" only sold to contractors and "HE" was so proud of his salesmanship there was no need to know what an electrical diagram was or ever provide anything like this to "HIS" customers. Needless to say, he presented me with the wrong switch. Don't go to this place because these people have no idea what they are selling to people or care to give you information on what it is. Going forward, I will question any contractors or electricians that go here to buy anything not expecting electrical diagrams or other important information. It's a simple request that can save time, money and accidents from happening.

Many of the vendors have great selections of vintage trinkets, dishes, etc., along with some homemade items. It's often one of our first stops when we're looking. It's a great size - large, but not overwhelming. It used to be mostly antique and vintage items, but it seems they've been allowing more and more new, and very gently used items in the store. I saw a faux tree in one booth that I had literally seen at Target just last holiday season. If they're going to continue to allow this, they should drop "Antique" from the name - it's not accurate. They have a 4% surcharge on all card transactions, so bring cash if you can!

I dropped it off, and it took almost a month to get an estimate of $750, on top of the $155 repair survey! New, it was only $800 to buy! Curious thing was that to fit it into my SUV, I had to disconnect the handles. Wjen i dropped it off, i said I would reattach them, but RDO staff said they could easily do that! Estimate i got when i picked it up noted the unit was disconnected, and had a charge for reattachment! I feel totally disrespected over this, made to wait an inordinate amount of time to get the estimate, and would have had much replaced to "get it running again!" Odd thingbis i took it to another small engine repair service, who fixed it in a day, for a total charge of $95, and it now runs great! I truly feel they were just screwing around, trying to get me to buy one of their units to replace mine!

The quote I received was very reasonable, and so I left it with them. They advised me that it would take 3-5 business days, which was fine as I was headed out of town. Sure enough, I got a call on the 4th business day that it was ready. After a bit of confusion over the original quote, I paid the amount I expected to pay and got great help loading it into my car. Got it home, added gas, and got to work on our somewhat overgrown grass. It mulched like a dream, and there were no little clumps of grass as there had been in the past. And, it was so clean it looked like (almost -- remember, it's over 10 years old) NEW! Thank you RDO!
