I spoke with the swim coordinator but she would not refund my money or switch me to a fully-enclosed pool as they felt that they did nothing wrong. I feel the facility was falsly advertised. Now I must dispute it with my credit card company in order to receive my money back. We were only able to swim once but paid $35. That's an expensive lesson for a 30 minute baby class.

There is a large pool that is divided into main splash area for all ages, lap lanes, and deep end for diving boards and a drop off slide. Then there is a very decent water slide with splashy twists and turns. A kid friendly splash and play area for little ones and even a hot tub! Honestly, this is a delightful find... I would think that there would be some emphasis on trying to encourage parents to swim with their children. Instead, they're catering to the folks who can afford an elite pool membership. They need to provide an unlimited single pool access pass for parents and children. How is acting like an exclusive, for profit club working towards community building? Their new price scheme is exclusive, to say the least. I just want to teach my children to swim, but they're charging over $20 a visit for my two children and me to swim.
