Once I opened the package at home, I found that only one bulb was still in the package. I called 08.23.24 to seek a resolution. The person answering the phone claimed to be a manager. He said he had no way of mailing the missing bulbs to me. If I was willing to drive the 100 miles again, they would replace the missing bulbs. I ordered another package of the same bulbs online with free shipping, from that store, despite his denial of this ability. What a shame! What very poor customer service and experience from HD!

After some calculations I realized I wouldn't be able to fit all the supplies in my truck in one trip. I called the store and asked if they could split up my order for me. They had no problem with it. Both times I showed up. My order was waiting for me. I was in and out so quick. The customer service here was phenomenal. As luck would have it, I decided to finish out some built-in kitchen cabinets with Elfa sliding baskets, sadly without the Elfa sale happening. Since this built-in sideboard has a 17" depth, I am limited in my choices. I was greeted when I entered and I wanted to just walk around and see what was new since my last visit at another store. Another team member followed up and she was very helpful in selecting the rolling baskets we needed to match what we installed over 10 years ago. I don't know why we didn't do them all at the same time, but it was probably cost prohibitive at the time during our kitchen remodel. We made our way up front to the checkout counter to wait in line, but our sales lady was able to scan and tabulate and finalize our purchase right in our cart! Pretty cool! We didn't need any bags so we were on our way in no time! My receipt was emailed to me and we went home and installed the rolling baskets within the hour! A great feeling of organization and accomplishment!

My downside of everything was the delivery which took 3 days longer than it was supposed to causing problems with me having help, the coils on the sides push out on the fabric and are very uncomfortable if you hit it with your leg, and the top has been sewn crooked onto the side panels. It definitely is not the mattress that is shown when I purchased it.

It starts off comfortsble, but then your left in a hole while you sleep. Anyone with body pain I would not recommend this mattress. The cat likes the indents though. (This was a king)
