I've only been able to sleep on the Corscicana Nora cooling medium hybrid mattress for 3 days now but have found it comfortable. My downside of everything was the delivery which took 3 days longer than it was supposed to causing problems with me having help, the coils on the sides push out on the fabric and are very uncomfortable if you hit it with your leg, and the top has been sewn crooked onto the side panels. Corsicana euro top bought 1 year ago will now have to be replaced. It has been turned and even though the "good" side measured way over the inch and a half allowance for sinking. We purchased a king size Corsicana Topper at Costco. We love it and want to order another. It is soft and comfortable as we don't want to get out of bed as it is comfortable, and we have tried to find similar products but cannot find. We both have severe back problems and pain but we don't want to get out of bed as it is comfortable. The only problem the topper lies on top of the mattress, is not sewn on the edges and bunches up. If Corsicana sewed the edges together and add a sleeve that fits under the mattress so it doesn't move it would be ideal as every morning, we have to straighten out the lumps (sewing edges together would prevent this from happening). Despite the lumps in the a.m. we still LOVE the topper. Today we were looking to purchase another topper but there were no changes. We cannot wait to go to bed 24/7. Make it more user friendly like a mattress pad style. Thank you for the comfort we experience. read more

The company is finding every excuse to not replace this mattress. There is a 2' collapse in the middle of the mattress which is causing me to have back problems. I just filed a warranty claim for a Corsicana mattress that is only 3 years old and my claim was denied because there were tears in the corners of the mattress due to a defective structure. The tears weren't caused by me - it's part of the problem! But they say tears void the warranty... Question: does it void the warranty when the tears are caused by a defective mattress too? The hard structure/frame around the mattress is pushing against the bottom corners of the mattress from inside and causing the fabric to tear. Besides, the mattress is completely sinking! If I could rate this company lower than a one I would. If you expect to get any type of customer service with your mattress or foundation, forget it. It took me over a year of dealing with them to finally get an offer to replace my foundations which they prorated me from the date of purchase even though it was clearly a problem with the manufacturing. The retail store I purchased it from praised the warranty and then when, after only 2 months, I report a problem, (sagging, depression/impression) no one wants to acknowledge or deal with it. Absolutely the worst customer service!! We were supposed to have a mattress delivered almost three weeks ago (this was ordered about a month ago)!! They first sent the wrong mattress, and since then they're not concerned with delivering the mattress when they said they would. Every week it's a new story and then they will give us a new delivery date. When that day comes they call and give a new reason why it can't be delivered that day! I work in the mattress field and I'm very much acquainted with many makes and models of Corsicana Bedding Mattresses. I've owned one myself and it was what I'd deem as a "mid-level" mattress and -for the price- it was a great value. It was quite comfortable for 7 or 8 years. That's pretty reasonable. In comparison to an "S-Brand" model I owned at one time, dollar-for-dollar, it was a a lot better of a deal. They -are- (as someone else said) a very large manufacturer and they produce hundreds of different models every year; ranging from low-priced economy models, to mid-level models and even a decent selection of luxury-type models. They're bigger than most realize so they -are- able to sell the same product as the "big name" guy who you -think- is bigger; and, do so at a lower price. **The vast majority of mattress manufacturers use the same springs and even the same foams as one another. They also all - for the most part - make the same models. Many people who are dissatisfied with a -brand- of mattress don't realize that they bought a much lower quality model than they think they did (so, they should -really- be mad at the salesman) and probably deal with that same dealer for their warranty and come out distraught with the maker. Also, much "sagging" is -actually- "body impression". The foams that are legal for production are weaker than those used in say, the 1980's. (this is because they were using foams that had strong, though toxic, materials). Back to Corsicana - in the rare case that you -do- have a warranty, they're very good about honoring it.** Advice: Do research on the actual SPECS of any mattress you consider buying. Some salesman won't have or give this but that means you're dealing with the wrong salesman. On the whole, Corsicana is a better-than-average maker with a -much- lower price than equal and lesser makers and is a GOOD VALUE. I'd recommend them but I'd also insist that you find the right model to suit -your- situation accordingly. **I don't work for Corsicana. I am completely neutral in any discussion of their product. I recently bought a queen size Rufino pillow-top mattress. The demo unit was really comfortable at the store but after about 6 weeks mine is really starting to annoy me. I can feel a large depression forming where I sleep and I'm waking up with more and more back pain. I am 6'1" 220lbs so I wear out mattresses quickly but I've never seen one wear out this quick. It might be OK for really light people, who knows? It's also really light so it slides around on the box spring way too much. I've never had a mattress that needed daily adjustments and I'm guessing the light weight has something to do with the cheap build quality. It was inexpensive so I guess I got what I paid for. I'll chalk this up as a loss and look for something better, maybe a memory foam mattress. read more

My mattress is 3 years old and because my daughter split juice on it while i was washing the bedding they will not warranty the mattress out. The structure is failing and collapsing in. The stain is on the oppisite side of the faulty structure. Will not go through this again. We bought a Corsican queen pillowtop set 2 1/2 years ago from Gallery furniture in Abilene Texas . A month after we got it, it got a lump in the middle of it where the pillowtop came loose from the mattress, the warranty doesn't mean crap. Bought a Corsicana memory foam bed in spring 2013 "on clearance" for about $450, and for the past several months (close to a year now, actually) I've dealt with sleeping more or less on the freaking boxspring. There IS no mattress anymore. It just sinks all the way in. And yes, I've rotated it every 3-6 months as recommended... which has resulted in it becoming an evenly distributed, useless pile of mush that is destroying my goddam spinal cord and making me chronically fatigued and unfocused from lack of proper rest. Bought 14 sets for a small inn. Worst mattresses I have ever purchased. The box springs are cheap cardboard / plywood. They squeek and the wood snaps - we had to re-inforce them ourselves and rip out the cardboard. Within a few months the mattresses "sank". Anytime anyone sits on the bed they slid right off! Had so many complaints we have had to replace every single one of them. Never again!! Reading the reviews people say we should blame the salesman ... Your experience with Corsicana Bedding's products are unfortunate. However, it sounds like the real culprit here is the salesman that you dealt with. Corsicana is a MAJOR player in the bedding market. So much so, that the largest mattress retailers in the US use them to manufacture theory private label products. *cough Mattress Firm cough*. Do you really think that they would use Corsicana to make their beds if they were a crap company? Hell, Tempur-Pedic's boxsprings and foundations are even manufactured by Corsicana. It seems like one of two things happened. (Probably a little bit of both, actually) 1. - Your salesperson did not care enough about helping you find the right mattress for your sleep-style. And/Or 2. - You were not willing or able to spend the right amount of money to buy the right mattress for your sleep-style. Sure, most mattress stores have a ridiculous mark-up on their products, but that doesn't mean that you can't find the right bed in your price range. Nor does it mean that Corsicana Bedding is a terrible company. If you like a soft bed, but you mostly sleep on your back, then you're in for a rude awakening after sleeping in your new bed. Or if you're a side-sleeper but you buy a firm bed because you heard they were better for your back then you're screwed too. The sad truth is that if you didn't spend at least five to ten minutes in the store, trying out the mattress, in the position that you actually sleep, (and I'm sorry if this sounds harsh) but it's you're fault for not buying the mattress that your body needed. Every bedding manufacturer, whether its Sealy, Serta, Simmons, Tempur-Pedic or Corsicana Bedding makes beds for every comfort level and with the exception of Tempur-Pedic, every price range. It's up to you as the consumer to spend the right amount of time on your mattress before buying so that you know you've found the right one. It's also important to note that it sometimes takes up to 30 days before your body will adjust to your new mattress. This is because of muscle memory. Your muscles have grown use to your old mattress and depending and it will take a while for them to get use to the new one. But don't blame the manufacturer for an impulsive buy and a pushy salesperson. And for the record, $500 is not a lot of money to spend on a piece of furniture that you will use more than a third of your life. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a Corsicana Euro top mattress in July 2013. I thought it was the best mattress ever. The first 6 months to a year were great. For the past year it has felt lumpy and when you get on the bed you sink all the way to the springs. You can even hear the springs. There's indents in one side and it seems like you can just slide right off. My fiance and I fight all night because we toss and turn. We sink into the middle and just plain uncomfortable. Our backs hurt as well. As for the box spring.. OMG!!! They made it with card board so I had to cut off all the fabric to remove the card board. Otherwise it would have squeeked from the slightest movement. I hate hate hate it. read more

Well, where to start. I bought a king size full price mattress from a retailer and it was a Corsicana mattress. The mattress failed within 11 months and many springs collapsed on one side. I didn't have my receipt so filing a warranty claim was not easy. At all. Even tho it was clear the mattress failed and all tags were intact. The warranty didn't cover having to dispose of the faulty mattress so I had to pay. They charged me an "upcharge" of $80 because the faulty mattress I bought had been discontinued and the new mattress would "cost more" so somehow that is my problem. Lol. Amazing. Then after I pay the upcharge I have to wait 11 days for the new mattress to be delivered to a store that now I must go to and pick up, at my expense. Even though I paid to have the original faulty mattress delivered. Some warranty. And now I have to hope this new mattress won't cost me another disposal fee, pick up charge and upgrade charge due to faulty manufacturing or parts. Sounds like a racket to me. I wish I had read all of the reviews and the BBB complaints before purchasing a Corsicana Bedding mattress. I bought the Estates Plush king mattress in December last year and by mid-January it was sagging terribly, with large indentions where we sleep and a large hump running the length of the middle of the bed. We are about to replace it with another Corsicana mattress to see if it is any better, but I'm skeptical given others' experiences. I owned a Stearns & Foster mattress for almost 20 years with absolutely no problems. Wear of this caliber after four months of two people sleeping on it who weigh less than 150 pounds each is just absurd. The worst mattress we have ever had. Two people weighing approximately 130 pounds each slept on this mattress for a little more than 4 months. The mattress had a 2 1/2 inch indentation, and made so much noise from the squeaky springs that we woke each other up. There was little support even after this short time. The store where we purchased it was of little help. They wanted to charge $50 to inspect the mattress. Their attitude is "you bought, you deal with it." We are in the process of sending a complaint to Corsicana and see where that gets us. In the meanwhile we have to purchase another mattress so we can both sleep and wake up pain free. We bought a king sized Corsicana set in September of 2015. In February of 2017, we could not sleep on it at all. Both sides were so sunken in and there was no support so we woke up sore every morning. I contacted their customer service and was told the store where I bought is would handle any warranty claims. They made the store come to our house and take pictures of the mattress and take complicated measurements of the wear before they would approve replacement, three weeks later! They replaced the box springs with a cardboard foundation which is now wavy and about to break through. The top mattress is as bad as if not worse than the first one. The manufacture date of the set was 1-09-2017. It is not even a year old and we have had it 10 months and cannot get a good nights sleep on it. Sad to say, but rather than go through the pain it was to have it replaced by Corsicana, we will be out another thousand plus dollars to replace it with a better quality set from a better manufacturer. I have a Corsicana Euro Top mattress, unfortunately not by choice. I'm a college student renting an apartment and this is the mattress that comes with the apartment. When I moved in the matress was brand new and after 1 year had started sagging in the middle. It also squeals obnoxiously Lou's to the point that you can hear it from several rooms away. After a year and a half of having this mattress I pulled my lower back and in hindsight I think it's because of sleeping on this piece of garbage for so long. It's been one year since I pulled my back, two years total of sleeping on this thing and I still have back pain - I went home for the summer and my back was fine because my mattress at home is much better, I've been back at my apartment for less than a week and I've been having awful back pain flare-ups just from sleeping on this thing again. Buyer beware! I wish I had researched this company before purchase. A lot of bad reviews - not just on yelp. Needed a new bed after 7 years with a classic innerspring mattress. I decided to treat myself to a pillowtop thinking it was the ultimate in luxury. I bought from a local place that has been around many years and the prices are good. Bought a pillowtop made by Corsicana. I had never heard of them and figured it was a generic Sealy etc. Tag showed it was made 2 weeks prior to purchase. The first night felt good. The second night, body impressions developed (stated as typical on the warranty). The 4th night i woke up at 3am with my back on fire and the bed looked like a hammock. I was very lucky to get an exchange from the store without any hassle. I went back to the classic innerspring style - at least there you won't be left with a sagging bed and can always add a topper for extra comfort. Aside from that, my back was crippled for several days following the half week i slept on that terrible mattress. As a small woman who has never had a back issue, this is disconcerting.
