I went to Ella, NP who goes by @elevatedbyella online for a new client treatment of Botox. I planned the timing of the procedure perfectly with the holidays coming up and gave myself enough time for a touch up and for the Botox to settle in. When I walked in the receptionist was very monotone and cold. Ella came and brought me back and went over the "sushi board" of Botox options I could receive. I knew I wanted my forehead, 11s and crows feet done but after listening to her knowledge I settled on a lip flip as well as my platysmal bands in my neck. This first treatment I received a total of 92 units. After the first two weeks I was so uneven in my forehead, my eyebrows lifted at different spots and there was no change in my lip flip. I went back to her for a touch up and was very skeptical to do so. She ensured me trusting her was the best option. Hindsight, I wish I never went here and never trusted her. For my touch up we did another 40ish units, this time of Dysport. Who needs almost 130 units of botox at 28 years old. Was the product expired? Did she dilute the product as is was never drawn up in front of me? She insulted me talking about a "gummy" smile, I NEVER thought I had a gummy smile and now will be self-conscious about this forever. Even after the touch up my eyebrows are completely uneven still and she hit my DLI muscle causing my smile to be uneven, I am unable to open my mouth and I have a clicking sound every time I try to eat. I had to completely re-learn how to bite into things as I was in so much pain for the first few weeks. Even after the pain has subsided, I cannot fully open my mouth. Overall, do NOT trust, I truly do not know how she has a NP license. To mess up once on a new client is one thing.. but twice and make it worse? C'mon. I reached out to the studio manager Denise to email me a copy of my records as to where she injected as well as all the consents I signed and she absolutely ghosted me - never called or emailed back. read more

I found this place as I was walking by. I was able to get a consultation and have been back a few times for treatments. I have had facials and a laser treatment and Botox. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. I also feel like they offer really innovative treatments, the esthetician I met with developed a whole game plan, I have hormonal acne and pigment issues, but she even brought in a nurse to help me with my questions about botox! When you first walk into Ovme the lobby is bright and welcoming. The receptionists are attentive and start your spa experience with a smile, while waiting I was offered coffee or tea which was nice. When my appointment started I felt comfortable with the lip injection and Botox. I felt like I could ask any questions or voice any concerns without feeling silly. I absolutely loved the results and have gotten many compliments!! The entire staff was caring and really wanted to be sure I was happy with everything. Let me start by saying the staff is friendly. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel that everyone must know this place is not worth it. I've been getting facials for many many years and let me tell you this has been the worst by far. Before signing up for the membership I specially asked the rep how long do facials take from beginning to end, she said 45 mins. I was ok with that answer. I judge the quality of work by the time it takes, it's like going to the doctor, if you get diagnosed in 5 mins then you know that's a big red flag. Well when I walked into my deluxe hydro facial at 4:45, waited in the lobby for about 10 mins, got a b12 shot ( I have an entire separate complain about these shots at ovme ) and then got my deluxe facial, I was driving home at 5:27, this means my facial took under 20 mins. And this was suppose to be the deluxe , a 3 step process ?? I can't even imagine what the regular facial is like. What a scam, felt worse then when you buy a Groupon. The membership + plus Tip is not worth it. People please don't be fooled. At my regular place I pay $125-$150 per facial but Im there for at least 2 hours, they give me a robe, the facial takes 75 mins with a 20 step process, I'm on a heated bed and they dim the lights and let me relax for a bit while the products kicks in. At ovme they wanted me in and out asap, this is not what a facial is suppose to feel like. And they do try to charge extra for anything extra, the higher b12 shots are an up charge. read more

I've gotten fillers with Rachel in the past and this time she walked me through the procedure and reassured me by answering all of my questions - she gave me different options and was flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable in her practice. I was hoping to love this med-spa but unfortunately they missed on a few aspects. I booked an initial facial to try them out and as soon as I sat down in the chair my specialist walked me through their membership... I had yet to even receive my service and was turned off by this. Don't expect this to be a "spa experience" you have to ask for a strapless robe and blanket. They did an analysis on my skin and she told me my blood vessels were popped on my skin and to be gentle when removing makeup... then proceeded to aggressively rub my face with scrub and harshly use a washcloth on my skin. While walking through my skin analysis she basically told me all the services they offer to fix my skin. If felt very awkward. They don't cover your eyes during the facial and I got numerous different solutions in my eyes throughout the facial, very uncomfortable. The employee "hang out" area was right outside my room and I could hear them chatting the whole time, not well planned out. I could hear a girl come in and get a B12 shot next to me, I could hear their whole conversation. They didn't do any extractions. She put a mask on my skin and left me for 10 mins of my 45 min facial. Unlike other reviews they didn't push products as much but it just felt a little disjointed. As I was checking out the girl told me my facial was $200, I was SHOCKED. Thank God another employee overheard and let her know they are only $99. WTF. I had never had injections before...She was able to ease my nerves with a thorough consultation while offering the perfect plan to start targeting my areas of concern (fine lines in my forehead, in between my brows, and around my eyes). I have a membership here, and I look forward to my appointment every month. They do try to upsell you on services, but what new medspa doesn't? I was struggling with acne from masks, the facials have really helped and my skin is beginning to clear! I've also had lip filler done here, and had absolutely zero side effects.
